“What a wonderful experience. I arrived at this restaurant for their happy hour on Saturday. It was busy but we were able to sit at a table in the bar area. The service was first rate, the food was terrific and very generous especially since it was happy hour. I will be back with both friends and family.“

“We really liked this place, great atmosphere and service. The Shepherds Pie got high marks; both the beef and the Mac and Cheese variants. My wife, the vegetarian, loved her choice of the Irish Boxty. Desserts drew differing opinions. The chocolate mousse was among the best we ever tried, my buddy and his wife did not care for the Guinness cake. I had the bread pudding, and I really liked it (to be fair bread pudding is one of my favorites). This was a nice example sufficiently dense, with raisins, and a custard topping, as a bonus it was a good size for dessert (I find too many places serve you something the size of an entree). My friend was not as impressed as I was, but bread pudding isn't his thing. All in all my wife and I will be back for more! Final note the dry cider is excellent, it went well with the shepherds pie, and is put it up against Strongbow any day of the week.“

We requested a traditionally decorated two-tier wedding cake, and they completely knocked it out of the park — it was beautiful and tasted incredible! “This place is a little hidden gem. Didn't even know they were there. Bright and clean inside with a very friendly staff. We had the Chicken Salad Sandwich, the Club Sandwich and their signature "Newk's Q" Sandwich as well as Lobster & Crab Bisque and Cream of Crab soup. All were amazing. So were the side dishes. We chose Mac-n-Cheese, Potato Salad and Fresh Fruit. Yum! Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.“

“We had a fantastic experience with Palate Pleasers! The menu was creative, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Standouts included the brie with orange marmalade, flavorful vegan options, and the interactive risotto bar with excellent toppings.

The chicken with tart cherry–shallot sauce and the fresh spinach salad were also big hits. We especially appreciated the attention to detail with toppings and dressings served on the side.

The young gentleman who always takes our order is part owner and so sweet. Today I ordered a green chicken wrap and it was delish!
