“I am remiss in writing this review. I was completely dying for Chinese food last weekend and I came across Cisu. Vegan, Chinese, and close to me -win! Located in Ridgeview Plaza by the Food Lion on 175 this spot is very bright and clean. The staff are so nice and helpful. The menu is great with a mix of vegan "meats", tofu, and vegetables to pick from. I got the Kung Pao Tofu. It was so delicious and flavorful. And there was a ton of it. I ate it for three meals. My picky meat eating husband was really happy with his pineapple fried rice and spring rolls. The prices were great as well. Cisu is definitely going into regular rotation.“

“We were very excited to try this vegan icecream and it was worth the hype in the reviews.The gentleman who owns the shop was generous with his time, giving us tastes, and explaining flavors to us. He was very nice!The icecream is very, very creamy and just the right amount of melty. The flavors are quite sophisticated! Extremely fresh.We got the blueberry cheesecake and horchata icecream sandwich (on absolutely delicious oatmeal raisin cookies). We loved them both.Go support!!“

“I stumbled across Applecores pop up at a Christmas event today and I’m so happy I stopped by and bought a dessert. I got the salted Carmel cheesecake. OMG! Absolutely delicious! It was perfect in every way. Will definitely be purchasing some cheesecake and excited to try their other sweets :-)“

The family that runs the place is extremely gracious and kind, and they recognized me instantaneously when I visited them after a gap of almost 9 years. It was a great moment. This must be an American version of the Egyptian street food.Filling and fun-just different than one wouldexpect.Chicken schwarma (which feels like saying beef vegetables) was an excellent chicken dish with a spiced sauce that made it rock!“

“We live around the corner and come here often. If we were farther away we’d come here often. We love the laid back ambiance, the food, and the friendly staff. It’s especially nice for me as a vegetarian, but they also have great food for omnivores and in between folks. We don’t have our favorites most anything on the menu is great.“

“My wife and I love Key Neopolitan, which just opened at intersection of Jackson Street and Key Highway, the virtual juncture of Fed Hill and Locust Point in my mind. They serve Verde pizza, by far, the best pizza in Charm City, where I’ve lived all my life. The fruit crushes were amazing too, as was the al fresco dining experience: under a tent with picnic tables, replete with amazing and eclectic tunes playing nonstop. The chill vibe and nice night caused us to hang out longer — after finishing our deeply delicious, soulful crust Neapolitan fresh from the outdoor pizza oven — to drink another round of crushes and watch children and their parents play ping pong.Here’s another “key” reason why Key Neopolitan will be my new hangout this summer: The vibe was so chill that I did not notice that I had misplaced my wallet until we were walking home. When my wife and I were a couple blocks away from home, the front desk at my building called to let me know that a man was there with my wallet. Panic in remission. We arrived minutes later to meet Mack Fowler, the owner and the man working that hot outdoor pizza oven for everyone’s benefit that night. “The service and atmosphere overall was okay. I gave them a three because the couple behind me was offered samples because it was their first time however I didnt receive the same hospitality as it was my first time as well. I ordered the vegan crab cake wrap, chick pea burger, vegan Mac and cheese, greens and chocolate chip cookies. The crab cake was flavorful, the sauce complimented the wrap and tastes just like crabmeat! I was pleasantly surprised to see that they used dark green vibrant lettuce on the wraps instead of non-nutritional iceberg lettuce. I would order every time! On the other hand the chick pea burger was okay although I must be upfront I ate it a day and a half later. The mac and cheese was okay, needed a little more seasoning and taste like nutrients yeast and macaroni noodles, nothing to write home about. A little bit of spice would have taken it to another level. The greens were basic with an after taste that I couldn't quite but my finger on, same for the cookies. They lacked moisture and taste like your average off brand cookie. The crab cake will call you back every time and for that they get a 4...it's that damn good!!!“

“I had no disappointments dining here! The Portobello Cheesesteak wrap was delicious. Furthermore, I wanted to taste the mac and cheese because of the rave reviews that I read. Again, I was not disappointed; best mac and cheese I have tasted that is vegan! This will be my go-to when I'm in Baltimore.“

“The cinnamon rolls are really good. They always arrive nice & warm. They’re a pretty nice size you’re def getting your moneys worth. The cookies are soft and moist, very delicious. I absolutely LOVE the blueberry lemon cake!!!! It’s big and moist, so sweet! The blueberries taste fresh. It’s glazed top to bottom. Probably my favorite thing on the menu. I can’t wait for more locations to open up.“
