They need to listen to their customers better!!! I asked for a half sub,but they made a footlong anyway! Then talk about me in Spanish!!!! Unprofessional.Thank God I don't go there often.
Extremely slow service. Most times it is only one person making sandwiches and one person at the register. We go every Saturday and it is consistently slow. There is no sense of urgency. They don't seem to care that they have a line of customers waiting.

Goodness. Well-meaning, nice employees, but PLEASE train them before putting them out there. It should not take 25 minutes to get three sandwiches made. As a speaker of English as second language, I understand not being fluent, but you should at least recognize the names of your own sauces, and know that yellow mustard is NOT honey mustard. Sigh. I fault the management, not the untrained (but really extremely nice) employees....
