“We pulled up 3 minutes after the establishment closed, but we saw the open light on from the road. The gentleman who opened the door to tell us kindly they were closed. As we walked away he opened the door and said to us come in and we will take care of you. We were returning off of a long commute from VA and everything was pretty much closed to grab a bite to eat. I couldn't find it at first because it is a smaller set of connected buildings within a larger set of connected buildings in the shopping center. The place was clean. The cashier was also making the food. My Food was ready at the specified time. The food was hot and delicious. There is plenty of parking because of being in a shopping center.“

Some are new while some have experience. “Got lunch here so I could sample their toasted sandwiches. Glad I did. This is a fast food restaurant so we are not talking about Michelin stars. But that aside it was very good. I got the roast beef and cheddar and I will come back and try the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. My order was taken quickly and was prepared soon after that. They had booths, counter seating and round tables. It was clean and quiet and pleasant to dine in. The price was appropriate for a fast food sandwich.“

Parking: It's a small parking lot, with 2 spots in front of the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair assessable as there is no ramp but if you know how to get the wheelchair on the sidewalk, you can enter into the building & dine in.“

“Before covid hit me & my ex girlfriend would stop about once every week & a half. I was on the way home & dad said he wanted a sub. I remembered that location & stopped. The woman behind the counter made the BEST SUB I've ever had! She put the perfect amount of everything on it! And ... I feel a bit weird saying this but OH! MY! GOSH! She has to be the most beautiful woman in the Universe! I wish I could go back every day just to see her & say hello again.“

This subway was clean and thankfully not very busy although there was a consistent stream of customers while we were there. I walked into multiple hellos welcome in. Cashier was extremely friendly and definitely helped me choose what I wanted to eat. Manager was very helpful in explaining the different catering options for a get together I have coming up. The food was very delicious and the bread was very soft. Definitely took me back to why I started eating at Jimmy John’s. And the cherry on top was hearing free smells by the cashiers as the bread came out. I can never get enough of the free smells. I will definitely be back. Ellicott City location is one the best I’ve been too. The young lady on register definitely knows how to talk to customers and make them feel appreciated and happy to come back. Saying hello welcome and have a great day goes a long way. And she was very patient while I took my time deciding what I wanted. And the manager is definitely where she should be in charge because she explained everything clearly and nicely. Will definitely be telling people that Jimmy John’s is definitely better and the place to eat.“

“I went to take advantage of the "New Sweet Onion Steak Sub". Let me just say that it's just a steak sub with the sweet onion sauce on it which I thoroughly enjoy anyway. I mean, I used to put that on my seafood sub all the time-Aaahh sweet memories! The store was clean, the gentleman that made my sub washed his hands before he started and put gloves on. And this is one of the few locations that take coupons soooooo this my new spot!!!!“

“You know you're doing pretty good when you've got a 1-1 ratio on calories to cents.

I went in and got the footlong Doritos and the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap for about $13. I was able to use the food for two meals.

More importantly, though, it was delicious, novel, and fairly healthy - or at least I knew what I was getting - can't say Doritos are all that recommendable in terms of health. But their use of cheese and the vegetables they already have there for subs was much appreciated in its cleverness and nutritious simplicity.

Subway's got a lot of new menu items lightly, but their old lineup is still strong.

This is more of a review for Subway as a restaurant as a whole. As for the particular location, it had nice air conditioning (important on a muggy late spring day), the employee was polite and efficient, and the place was clean and tastefully designed.“
