Goodness. Well-meaning, nice employees, but PLEASE train them before putting them out there. It should not take 25 minutes to get three sandwiches made. As a speaker of English as second language, I understand not being fluent, but you should at least recognize the names of your own sauces, and know that yellow mustard is NOT honey mustard. Sigh. I fault the management, not the untrained (but really extremely nice) employees....

I always choose 'extra' for veggie when making order on app. But this location never actually put extra veggie on my sub. I'm not sure why there is 'extra' option on app. if they are not going to actually put extra on subs. For example, they put 4 thin and/or small tomato slices on my footlong sub.

The only take rewards and other deals in the first week which is not acceptable. Same for Turf Valley location. I'm not going to drive 8-10 mi to a Subway just to get a free or discount sub. Bad customer service

They got upset because I was asking for more sauce on my sub and said they don’t do that at this location. Very stingy with the quantity of protein and vegetables. Never coming back here again.
They need to listen to their customers better!!! I asked for a half sub,but they made a footlong anyway! Then talk about me in Spanish!!!! Unprofessional.Thank God I don't go there often.
