Subway is a restaurant that offers customizable sandwiches. However, some customers have experienced difficulties with ordering, as there is no option to specify sauce or condiment preferences online. Additionally, the quality of service can vary depending on the staff member, with one staff member, Samuel, receiving high praise for his professionalism and speed. On the other hand, another staff member has been reported to be rude and inflexible with requests. Despite this, the restaurant remains a convenient option for those in the area, with some customers willing to travel to a different location for a better experience.
