“I give 5 stars, only because the guy Samuel prepares the Subways very good, professionally, and fast. What you ask he does greatly.Unfortunately the older small guy in that location is not good and rude. Once he didn’t want to get Italian bread with herbs, he said they didn’t have it but when I decided to leave he found one and he always puts just few vegetables if you ask to put more onions he refuses and tells you that they only have those not more. This location is very close to me when I come and see that guy is working I usually don’t order and go to another location located 3 miles from there.“

“I have been in search of a good chicken box. And I'm pleased to say that I found one. The food was really good. The Service was good too. The restaurant was nice and clean but for ambiance ... it's a carryout lol. One fish dinner can literally feed 2 people. I like to treat myself once in a while to some good carryout food, this place will definitely be on my list“

For example half price burger if you get fries and a drink. Competitively priced compared to many of its contemporaries. Would recommend!“

“Several months ago, I stopped in for comfort food after coming from the vet where my spouse and I had just said goodbye to our beloved dog of 13.5 years. I was an absolute mess and broke down crying while waiting for our food. The staff were so wonderful to me, checked to make sure I was ok, and even gave me extra fries. I was already a repeat customer and happy with this location's food & service, but this was just so far above and beyond. I will truly never forget the kindness I was shown.“

My 5 year old and I came in, bad weather, spotty electricity..... unfortunately my online order didn't make it through bc the computers went down....instead of turning us away, they so graciously made our medium pizza and so kindly gave it to us. It was so generous and much appreciated. I highly recommend Papa Johns in Finksburg.“

“My husband had a snow day off work and I had a gift card so we went for lunch. It had been a while for us both. It was as great as we remembered!For those that have never been- a Little Cheeseburger/Hamburger is a single patty. The Cheeseburger/Hamburger is 2 patties. You have a ton of choices of items to put on your burgers. Lastly, they give you A TON of fries for all sizes.We got a Cheeseburger, a Little Cheeseburger, and a Little Fry that we both shared. We had no issues and everything tasted delicious! Not sure when but we will be back for sure!“

“Been going here since 2020 and honestly it's just like most McDonald's. the service is pretty good, they keep the property clean, they move pretty fast at times and even during slow times it's not a super long wait. Never had an issue with my food, and if they did accidently give me the wrong order it was fixed immediately. All in all if your nearby, I'd recommend!“

The steak and fried onions were great not too chopped up like so many other places do. The young women who cooked it knows what she is doing.. fries were great also! “Went in with my daughters to order 2 bowls and a burrito. We were greeted at the door by a young man who informed us we would only be able to place an order on the app. I asked why this was and he said he didn't know and asked if I wanted a manager. I said yes and he went to get him. The manager kindly and patiently explained that they were overwhelmed at the grill and for orders in general and this was his way of getting things back right again. They handled everyone that came in courteously despite the attitudes they got from the customers that came in. Amazing customer service and they got all the orders right!! “This is my first time trying Charleys! I ordered the old school cheesesteak and cheese/bacon fries!! I also got the watermelon strawberry lemonade. I ordered for pick up through their website which was very easy and user friendly. My main take away is I wish I could have created my own cheesesteak because I wanted super specific toppings which I probably could do in the store. Other than that the lemonade is YUMMY, the fries are pretty good and the sun overall was good. I need to try more items and maybe order in store next time and that could have earned a 5 star. For a quick sub meal this is a good place to try out! I think I will get their wings next time too to see how they are. The staff were super friendly, the inside was cleaned and smelled good!
