Cold ? uncooked food lack of engary for employees. Very slow Service and they get a full remodle and I still got cold ? uncooked burger ?. And the slowest serve plz improve you guys just got remodeling done and it just went down hill from there. Like get it together your going kill someone don't be like McDonald's. Just remodeled and the service is worse! 25 minutes in line behind two cars and they forgot 3 items in our order. Not worth going back fix and talk to the teenagers that have no urgency or desire to do their jobs! For Wendy’s manager or owner if they see read this…. We are there from 8:00 pm until 8:25 pm in the drive thru on Saturday 12/02/2023. Please fix your service!!!

I usually enjoy Wendy’s. This location just happened to be a little slow to get my prder out to me. The food was okay after I waited for 15 minutes. It was 8:00 on a weekday, but I think that’s a long time to wait for fast food. I usually get the chocolate milkshake and jr bacon cheeseburger with fries. Other than the long wait, it was an okay experience overall.
