I give 5 stars, only because the guy Samuel prepares the Subways very good, professionally, and fast. What you ask he does greatly.Unfortunately the older small guy in that location is not good and rude. Once he didn’t want to get Italian bread with herbs, he said they didn’t have it but when I decided to leave he found one and he always puts just few vegetables if you ask to put more onions he refuses and tells you that they only have those not more. This location is very close to me when I come and see that guy is working I usually don’t order and go to another location located 3 miles from there.

This subway has terrible and rude workers. I placed 2 online orders and both were canceled. I tried calling to see why my orders were canceled but the number listed on their website had no service. I then drove to the store to see why canceled my order and they said they couldn't give me my orders. I used a promo code that i won to get the sandwich. Now i'm hungry and lost my promo code. The workers refuse to make my sandwiches and were rude about it. I wouldn't recommend going to this subway. There are better ones in owings mills/reisterstown.

Save your money and time and go to another Subway. First, the store is almost always empty. Each time I walk in the older guy that works there is always sitting in the lobby on his phone. He acts as though when you walk through the door you're bothering him. As he made my subs today, he was slamming the condiments down on the counter really hard and it kept making such a loud noise (this is not his first time doing this). I purchased my two subs and still left a tip. I drove maybe an half and hour to go pick my husband up from work. Since I arrived early, I decided to eat one half of my sub. The bread had small patches of mold all over it (yuck)! I was so angry. I go to check my husband's sub and his bread had mold as well. I go to look at my receipt to call the store and also noticed he charged me $4 for pepperonis added to each sub $2 a piece. The last time I was there maybe two weeks ago he said pepperonis was $1.50. I will NEVER go to this Subway location again. The food, service and inconsistency of prices are horrible.

A four star Subway?! Yes, really. Having endured all manner of Subways in my life, this was by far the cleanest Subway I've ever visited. And the subs were excellent. Exactly to order, ready quickly (online order) and the service was friendly. Honestly, I've avoided Subways for a while now because there's a ton of great sub options out there. But I'll definitely be returning to this one. Ride on Glydon Subway, ride on.
