Dylan’s is Baltimore’s best oyster spot. The oyster selection is spot on, with representation for the best regions (PEI, Maine, Massachusetts, Washington state). There’s one oyster on the menu that’s particularly excellent: West Robins from New York.
We’ve been coming here for years and always have a fantastic meal. The butterflied trout is my favorite dish in the city. My wife and I don’t drink so we appreciate the attention paid to non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails on the menu.
