“First off, the food is amazing. I recommend trying a few of the small plates and tapas and see if you want to just keep ordering those first before you commit to the entrees. The entrees are large portions you can easily share with another person so I'd go that route so you can try several of the smaller plates. Cuchara offers several staple tapas and small plates which are just as good as I've had in Spain. The service is some of the best I've had. The servers were super friendly and attentive and the food came out so fast. We were honestly surprised how quickly it came out. I can't recommend La Cuchara enough.“

“This has been our go to spot for over 10 years now in Hamden! Great for comfort, food or brunch and always a fun atmosphere. The service has gotten so much better over the years and everyone there is incredibly sweet and friendly. I love that they keep good staples on the menu, but are always trying to reinvent New dishes to complement the old standbys. And even though prices have raised at most other places, this place still remains incredibly affordable.“

“We reserved the private room for a surprise anniversary dinner, and we cannot say enough about how phenomenal the service, food, and cocktails were. Each guest was so impressed with the flavors that came from each course. The service was on point and swift. Everyone in our party cannot wait to come back again. “We went during Baltimore Restaurant week. It was our first time there but not the last. The food was so good. Our server, Dominique, was very professional and provided recommendations which were on point. We got to meet Chef Amy, which was a nice surprise.“

“My boyfriend and I came on a Saturday evening at 7 pm without a reservation, and found seats at the bar. The prices are high, but remember to factor in the wonderful view as part of the overall tab. The two of us ordered 2 cocktails, a glass of wine, and beer- the standout of which was the Sazerac; and as for food we got one starter (the octopus), entree (duck breast), and dessert (chocolate tart), all of which were amazing.

After being greeted by a friendly hostess at the door, we were seated immediately, walking into a cute rustic ambience surrounded by quirky art! We were served within 15mins of ordering with our dishes served with beautiful plating and even more delicious food. Highly recommend the breakfast potatoes and the pancakes! “I happened to drive by and see people sitting outside eating. It looked like a great place to stop. I went by myself. I was able to find free parking right outside the restaurant. The menu I was looking at was mostly breakfast and brunch. The price range was about $15 on up. I got a gingerale and their house wings as well as fries. Everything was good.. My bill was $21. The waitress was very attentive and nice and gave recommendations. I would recommend checking this place out. It had a nice atmosphere.“

My most recent visit was no exception as far as my drink (the Baltimore Cosmo) was concerned, but it was especially nice because the bartender, Khadijah, was very friendly and a good conversationalist. She helped the wait for my flight pass quickly!“

“My wife and I decided at the last minute to go out on a Saturday evening and we picked Marie Louise Bistro for dinner. We sat outside and had a genuinely wonderful meal! While you often see the same staff there for years, our server this time was young and new to the industry. Despite that, you could tell she had received training from the other staff, and she did a fantastic job. A very good sign! She had another waiter show her how to open and pour the wine, but aside from that we’d have barely known she was new to the job. As for the food, it was excellent. I’d give 9 or 10 out of 10 for everything and my wife enjoyed her meal too. I had a 3-course that included a surf and turf special, and my wife had duck confit. It’s incredibly reasonably priced for the quality of food IMO. A gem of a restaurant! If any of you reading this have never been then I’d definitely recommend a visit!“

“The food was great! The owner explained how he brought food recipes from Afghanistan. Two of us shared the Kabuli Gosht Palau with Kabul eggplant. We also had the pumpkin called Kabul Kaddo that comes with bread. The flavors and freshness of the food are what stand out to me. We also enjoyed the Shugufa (means flower bud in Arabic) tea. It’s a whole pot of tea with a flower in it. It had a subtle flavor and aromatic smell. We ended with an order of Baklava. Everything tastes like it’s from someone’s home and unlike anything I’ve had in a restaurant. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. The restaurant, though, is small. Make a reservation so you are sure to be seated. The restaurant seems to do a lot of takeout. The business also displays beautiful rugs for sale that adds to the feel of Afghanistan. For me, the experience of eating the food and drinking the tea in this sweet place was calm and comforting.“

“You have limited choices in Terminal E while waiting on an international flight. The place isn’t large so seating at peak hours is a problem. However, they do pack your food to go. You order at the bar and pay, then they will call you number when your food is ready. The bartender will give you your drinks after you order/pay. I thought the bar was well stocked and the food selection wasn’t great, but it wasn’t too bad. My food tasted okay - it’s bar food at a very busy airport. You’re not going to get anything fancy and you can make a gluten free meal out of what’s on the menu, if necessary. This is a good choice if you’re hungry just manage your expectations.“

“This was a date night with my love and we had an exquisite experience from start to finish. He had the Samke Tajen (Salmon) which was very well seasoned and I had the braised lamb shank and it was absolutely delectable. The drinks were very well hand crafted cocktails with an amazing aroma to it. The ambiance was so gorgeous, it felt like we were not in Baltimore anymore. The service was out of this world! We met the owner, the GM, the captain, and our sessions served Dean who treated us like royalty! Overall everything was pure perfection!“

“Came here when i was in the area for the Ravens game. I stayed for the weekend a couple of blocks away. I only planned on coming here one night, but after how excellent everything was, I had to go back a second night to try other items on the menu. The drinks were excellent. The food was very good. Everything was cooked how I asked for it. The service was also very good. The second night, it was a little slower, but there was a private party, so it was understandable. I will be back when I'm in the area for another game. I recommend two things. One make a reservation. Two recommend you try it“

“We went to Indigma this evening for restaurant week. The food was fantastic and my nine-year-old loved everything! She gave it a 1523/10 rating! Though everything was excellent, the creme brulee was the best I've ever had. Thank you for a fantastic meal!“

“Best place for vegetarian food on campus and super customizable. A meal swipe gets you a wrap or salad with a base (lettuce or spinach) 4 toppings, a protein (chicken or tofu), and a dressing. My go-to is a wrap with spinach as the base, feta, olives, cucumbers, and chickpeas as the toppings, Beyond sausage (you have to pay extra for this) as the protein, and raspberry vinaigrette as the dressing.

“The distillery tour was a great experience! Our tour guide Paige was very friendly and well-informed, and we got to get up close and personal with the entire distilling process! I can still smell the whiskey mash and the bottling room.
The tour finished with a tasting of five whiskeys, including their 8-year reserve, and one of their mixed cocktails - a great way to determine which whiskies I wanted more of!
It wasn’t warm enough to enjoy their great outdoor space along the water, so I plan to return again in the spring! All in all, a delightful evening.“

In a tourist area so maybe to some it was nice. I liked the cozy atmosphere but the food was not impressive to me“

“really great food and service! was so excited to see soju on the menu as well as spike boba (something I'd never seen before!) the menu looked great and there were several dishes I wanted to try but I'll just have to keep coming back to try them all! we got the Laap and garden wraps and both were delicious. the Laap came in different levels of spice and even the mild had some heat so just beware if you're not a spice person 😋 lots of non-spicy stuff on the menu too!“

“I am a pure vegetarian and this is one of the nice Indian/Nepali places we have visited in Baltimore. The food was really good and the ambience was also pleasant. We tried below dishes:
1. Dial makhni - 4.5/5 - I think this was one of the best dal makhni I have ever had in the US.
2. Malai kofta - 4.5/5 - the malai kofta was very rich in taste and it had authentic Indian malai kofta taste.
3. Garlic naan 5/5
4. Veg momo - 4/5 - The momo were light in taste and fresh and the base chutney was tomato based which was really good.

Overall the food was really good and tasty but I think it's very heavy too. The portion sizes are really good too. We ordered medium size and malai kofta did not have choice for the size portion but it was large size and it was more than enough for two people. Your part“

Food: I ordered the fried chicken, biscuit & gravy omelet, and thought it tasted amazing. The gravy added a rich, savory taste to the omelet. Very delicious meal and I recommend.

Service: The service was very slow this day, which is why I’m giving it 4/5. We were told a 10 minute wait but instead got seated 20 minutes later. Even ordering food and waiting for our food took awhile. We hoped for better and quicker service overall.

Atmosphere: The ambiance/atmosphere was pleasant, but very packed.The tables were so close to each other, it’s impossible to not bump into other people and tables when getting out.

Overall, based on the food I recommend.“
