A truly great experience dining here. The restaurant is beautiful and the vibes were immaculate. We started with cocktails, the pisco sour adjacent drink and the sangria. Pisco Sour was so refreshing and the sangria was not too sweet or strong. For apps, we ordered the tequenos and the vuelve a la vida. The tequenos were cheesy and delicious. If this isnt a Michelin-rated restaurant, it should be. Try the steak tartare, if it's available, the best i have ever had. The red wine sangria is pictured, but the white sangria is super good too. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the experts work their art. Fantastic!

Amazing food and service. Our waiter, Niko, was very attentive and pleasant, and all of our dishes came out fresh and in a timely manner. Love the overall atmosphere, too; definitely a place that invites you to linger longer.My only complaint is that the cocktails could use some tweaking. The Vieja Escuela was far too smokey, and it obscured any subtle flavors from the rum/rye/other ingredients.
