My favorite local band had a show at the Metro Gallery. Upon entry, we were carded and given wristbands. The concert tickets were affordable - $15 online and $20 at the door. This was a rather small venue. I liked how there were hi tops with bar stools and seating by the bar. The merch area and stage area is separated by pillars. It was a bit loud and I was glad someone offered earplugs to me. Their beer menu was different than the one on the website. Their draft beer wasn't working....read full review
This is one of the best music venues in Baltimore. Plenty of seating, handicap accessible, and the acts they have on are so great. Whoever is doing the booking here knows what they're doing.

Metro Gallery was the cutest little spot to see a concert in the city, without it being a scary area when leaving late. Parking was easy and accessible, the venue was small but still had ample space, and gender neutral bathrooms were available. The bartenders were so incredibly sweet, even though I would say when it comes to the bar, the drinks can get quite pricey. Everyone was kind and respectful despite the small space, which I know can be an issue at some concert venues.
