“The ice cream was phenomenal, the prices were incredible, the vibe was spectacular. And dont even get me started on the owners! Will and Bill went above and beyond for me and my group of friends, were lovely and personable and fun, and gave us an experience we wont ever forget! if you're looking for delicious ice cream in Baltimore, this is the only one shop that should come to mind.“
“What a find. Lots of good bakeries but this place is elite. There’s always a line out the door as there are specific times in the day the breads will be baked. Check their website for details. Otherwise you very well could end up getting there when no inventory is left. This place is awesome.“
“Literally the best Naan I've ever had in my life. And it's literally just garlic Naan but it's done so well and when you can do the simple things you KNOW the rest is going to be phenomenal. Chicken Korma was no exception. Delicious. Mango Lassi was super refreshing and tasted homemade too!The employees here are so freaking nice too!!Definitely come here if you want a chill Indian spot if you're not a local and wanna people watch with great food. (They also had a full bar and all the drinks I saw made looked really good, but I didn't have any)“
“Not only is a really cute and quaint establishment with delicious dessert, but the owners are the sweetest!! The ice cream itself is quite delightful and the waffles are soft, yet crispy and the extra surprise that you get when you bite into each of the bubbles depending on what filling you get inside is what makes it such a unique dessert! Definitely recommend going there for any occasion, whether it be for a night out, a date, or just craving something sweet! Also an amazing choice to hire for your party!!“
“I stopped at Morning Mugs Coffee before an Orioles game (Go O’s) and it was the perfect cup of coffee before a game. The cafe was vibrantly decorated, with a relaxing outside seating area out front. All the pastries were fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Just a great spot for the City of Baltimore.“
“Vegetarian options: Stopped in to get Easter dinner for my sister and nephew who are both vegan. I purchased crabcakes, spinach, and mushroom tarts, kale, Caesar salad, and several desserts. They raved about everything. My nephew kept saying how delicious it was.“
“We went to Indigma this evening for restaurant week. The food was fantastic and my nine-year-old loved everything! She gave it a 1523/10 rating! Though everything was excellent, the creme brulee was the best I've ever had. Thank you for a fantastic meal!“
“Got the cookie dough hard serve and it was tasty - thought it could use more cookie dough pieces though. My boyfriend got amaretto soft serve and it was a generous amount - tasted like vanilla with an amaretto after taste. The pup cups are absolutely amazing and we got the peanut butter one for our furry friend. Was super nice so we waited in the outdoor line, and got to see all the excited dogs waiting for their own pup cups.“
“Super cute cafe! Staff was very friendly they got busy quickly! I got the Awesowm Trio (Che 3 Mau) which is a traditional Vietnamese dessert. My mom makes this a lot and this definitely stands up to par. It was good. I got the passion fruit tea. The tea wasn't too bad definitely flavorful. I would recommend doing half sweet!“
“I was so excited when I saw them on delivery service and ordered right away!! I'd been meaning to try Cocina Luchadoras since COVID. I ordered the chips and guacamole and three tacos. The tacos were very clean and not overly greasy. I loved that the chips were a bit thicker and super crunchy! I still need to go in person and try their food when it's hot off the stove but I will definitely be ordering food from here again!“
“This is the most reasonably priced place we’ve been in SOME time, and that coupled with the very thoughtfully created drinks, changing/local menu, excellent service…. Great time! My husbands cooking repertoire includes “chicken parm” only yet he suddenly turns into Gordon Ramsey when we eat out & he’s commented no less than 10x how great everything was! He prefers his meat medium rare, which turns out to be a very difficult thing to achieve in baltimore, but we never complain/send back, he usually just saws through the overcooked meat & goes home in disappointment - but not so at Sally O’s!!! Absolutely, amazing, perfectly cooked meat. I had the duck - which is my favorite thing to order on any menu (I absolutely LOVE duck) and this might be the best duck confit I can remember ever having. Service was impeccable - recommendations, timing, everything. We never had empty drinks, but we were not harassed either. The drinks were chefs kiss - espresso martinis with the brownie sunday: *to die for*.For reference we don’t have kids, and my husband cannot sit home for one weekend to save his life so we often eat out — **OFTEN**. We’ve eaten everywhere in the city. Done a circuit of all the Atlas restaurants, Chef Cindy Wolf joints, independently owned’s, all of them. The resounding thing we had to say on the way home was that we were disappointed we hadn’t tried Sally O’s earlier & that we can’t wait to go back. Definitely outpacing the rest of them. Kudos to the entire team tonight!!Any negative review I’ve read has been unhinged and given me a massive ICK. This place is the real deal. Go eat good food.“
“What a find! When in Baltimore’s Little Italy be sure to stop in at the Ovenbird Bakery! They are super friendly & helpful and their bread is delicious! I’d recommend the olive sourdough bread. I’ve been toasting mine and eating it with a variety of toppings. Yum!They have sandwiches and other bread choices... Be aware that the deli closes at 3:00 and that discounts on some purchases occur after 2:00. There is also “day old” bread that you can purchase. If it isn’t sold, they donate it. Isn’t that wonderful?! I myself, love to make homemade croutons or bruschetta.Street parking availability depends on the day & time.I’d suggest making a day of your visit to Little Italy.Parking: Free street parking during the day not far from the bakery.“
“I went here on a Sunday around 3:30 and there was a small crowd. We were able to get our items quickly after we ordered though it took a little while to order. There is a window that you order from and there is one cashier to take the order. The customer service was great. I was able to try the ice cone flavors. There were so many flavors and combination of flavors to choose from. They also had other treats like benigets, brownies, and cakes. They had Takhara brothers ice cream and I'm a huge fan of their ice cream, so I was excited to get the key lime, but it head run out. The clerk offered me other options and told me about the mango, guava, pineapple ice topped with fruit, so I decided to try it. I am so glad that I did. It was really flavorful and refreshing. There was cute outdoor seating that was well maintained. I will most definitely come back here.“
“Well located with a fresh, creative style and staffed by friendly people. Restaurant on roof has great food and views.Rooms: Lots of personality, not your boring hotel roomWalkability: In historic Mount Vernon areaFood & drinks: Great food at both restaurants“
“So many flavors! As you can tell from the pictures, there are so many options here! Not only dozens of hard ice cream flavors but also even more varieties of their handmade soft serve which is made to order—something you don’t really see anymore. Something for everything here as they have many options that cater towards specific dietary needs as well. Nice place to stop by to indulge in a snack, seating inside and outside too“
“Honestly, Crepe Crazy slaps every time. The people there are super sweet and quick with your food and it's fun to watch them cook up your order! They have a large and diverse menu of sweet and savory options (I usually get the prosciutto and apricot jam), the latter of which come with a generous side salad with a yummy dressing. They use high quality, gourmet ingredients like nice cheeses and cured meats, and most things are only $10.99 which is honestly a steal for the quantity and quality. Crepe Crazy is definitely a highlight of Cross Street!!“
“This was my first time coming to the new location. I had been to the other spot they had before a while back but didn't really remember it. This one was easy to locate right off the highway in an industrial area. There was plenty of street parking as well as parking on the side in the lot they share with neighboring businesses. I would assume the other businesses are closed during evening hours since there was so much parking available. The inside was very spacious with plenty of open seating. Came in on a Thursday night that meet a couple of coworkers and it wasn't crowded. They do serve food but the menu is limited. I think all of their beers are brewed in house. Some and great and some are a little weird. They will allow you to have small samples before you order a full sized glass. I say try a few until you find one you like. They have trivia nights and other special events so check out their website.“
“Lovely little spot. Service was an 11/10. We got the meatballs and empanadas to start. Those were all very good. We got the ravioli for an entree. It tasted phenomenal, though I felt the cook on it was a bit under. We also got a side of brussel sprouts, they also tasted amazing, but I personally like them a bit more crispy. All told the food was great even if I could find a few small details to nit pick.“
“This restaurant offers a variety of options that cater to most taste buds. The food is reasonably priced and service is good. I came here to celebrate a family member’s birthday and the service was excellent. Our server, Brenden, made some great recommendations and ensured our food came out on time. We ordered the dumplings, chicken steam bun, cloud shrimp and fried chicken (Karaage) as appetizers. All were very great. We also ordered the Taipei Curry Chicken ramen, Brontosaurus bowl, Brussels & Squash, shrimp and pork belly steam buns as our entrees; all were filling and delicious. I think the curry chicken ramen could use more depth flavors; I added chili oil and mushrooms which were good additions. I also wish the chicken in the ramen was different than the chicken thighs offered as an appetizer. It made me feel like I was eating the same protein for my appetizer and entree. They have a nice drink menu; we all ordered the Last Samurai; which was tasty. I wish it came in a larger glass.I was disappointed they ran out of the miso cooking dessert but I’m looking forward to returning to try it. All in all; I would return. It’s a nice and cozy spot. They have an area where you can sit and watch the kitchen make the food as you dine.Parking: Parking can be scarce during busy times but there is street parking“
“This place was on my try-list for a long time and I'm so glad I came! I came here after I finished an exam following a stressful start to my week. The place immediately made my day! Bryan took my order at the register, and he had the most welcoming warm and positive energy. The place itself is small, but it is so cozy and charming. I ordered a BYOBreaky with sourdough, a runny egg, bacon, and veggies - it was absolutely delicious. I also got a Split and Griddled muffin at Bryan's suggestion and loved it. My "You're my Best Friend" drink was also great and the perfect temperature. I look forward to coming again soon!“
“This is THE best tea shop on the East Coast. They have wonderful selections of rare, beautiful, fragrant teas. The green tea is delicate and aromatic. The black teas are delightfully full & perfect with, or without a meal. This shop is a GEM, & is located right here, in the Mnt Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore City.“
“Great and relaxing dining experience during a weekday late lunch after the aquarium with the family. Super friendly and accommodating staff for dietary and allergy restrictions as well as for little todlers.Must try the lump crab grilled cheese!“
“First experience here! Jen was my server and she was absolutely amazing. So attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Everything we ordered was great and came out very fast. Best restaurant experience I’ve had so far! Will definitely be coming back soon!“
“Really great service, a hipster vibe with tunes from late 80s to 2000s, and great coffee and food. Kid friendly.Kid-friendliness: Chill place where the staff know how to interact with kids. Not a "kid" place, but easy to dine in with our 2 and 9 year olds“
“Family friendly, service is usually quick and always pleasant. I'm a basic NYC slice kind of gal but my kids like the pizza and the sandwiches are tasty. I recommend asking for dressing on the side for salads and reading through the full description to ensure no topping surprises (like tomatoes and mushrooms on the Buffalo Chicken pizza). We seem to always show up on trivia night so the skeeball is not an option, but we'll make it happen eventually! Great place to meet friends for a bite or drink and and I'm always willing to support local places that support their neighbors and community, so we'll be back.“
“3/17/2024 I enjoyed my time here. My husband and i went looking for a brunch spot and landed here. I did find that the wait time was excessive, and you're not able to be placed on the waitlist over the phone or with reservations. My husband ordered the short rib hash, and i had the chicken benidict. we had the Hawaiian mimosa and the qualude, which was recommended by our server Matthew he was very nice. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. Our drink was perfect. The atmosphere was okay kind of loud. The decorations were nice. They did have both indoor and outdoor seating. The breakfast, brunch, and lunch options were all available all day. It was very busy.“
“10/10 would recommend! This is such a cute restaurant in an adorable neighborhood in Baltimore. The atmosphere and staff were very welcoming. The food was delicious and menu was different - had the best pig ears I've ever had! The coolest thing is the menu is rotating so you'll want to come back!“
“This is the preferred Italian place for my wife and I, in all of the greater Baltimore area. It's a small and intimate atmosphere, the staff are great, and the food is amazing. You can absolutely tell it's all fresh and made in house.“
“#1 best Chinese take out in the city. I moved here from NYC and had pretty high standards for Chinese take out and tried many until I found golden wok. Hidden gem! My go to order is the boneless spare rib combo w extra sauce, pork fried rice, egg roll, scallion pancakes and the dumplings. The absolute star of the show is the sauce that comes w the scallion pancakes and dumplings! I could drink it!!! Everything is hot, fresh and so tasty. 100000000/10“
“Wow, delicious treats in a variety of flavors and so close to home!! I went there today 6/8/23 for the first time and my family loved it!!! I was feeling barbielicious, so I ordered the Pink Barbie flavor. My family ordered Cherry, Cotton Candy,Banana, and Cake Batter Flavors.“
“I love this wine and sake bar in Remington. From the ambient lighting to the modern decor this is a great spot for pre- post- dinner drinks. There's also Chachi's on site for food. I've been coming here since 2019 and it's always a solid spot. They do include a 20% service fee for all orders. On this occasion, I came to their Gut High wine tasting event. It was so spectacular - from local to international natural wines. It's definitely a hipster cool spot in the city!“
“The cocktails from here are unique and delicious. The future ball is my favorite. I have tried all of the short rib food dishes and they are all fantastic. Bonus points that they have a seasonal cocktail menu meaning you can get something different every time you go.“
“It's the best burger in Federal Hill and comes with the most amazing potatoes and a green salad. Friend ordered the same and both of our burgers we're cooked perfectly to the temperature we asked. Everything about Sobo is welcoming and the food is always delicious.“
“Great vibe and great beer in a cool space. There are a good variety of styles and the beers we had were well made and tasty. The website doesn't appear to list what's on tap. The indoors are dog friendly which is an extra plus!“
“Stopped in yesterday for the first time!!! I have never felt more comfortable in a bar before. ..I can not wait to go back!! The owner is a wonderful person and the grilled cheese was one of the best I have ever had. I could go on and on....again I am already planning my next trip!!“
“Food and service are all impeccable, but I really have to hand it to them, the atmosphere here is on point. I feel like I'm in the Twin Peaks diner whenever I'm there eating pie and sipping on coffee. It's homey, it's cozy, it feels like a staple of the community with the dog treats and local coffee. I wish they had more flexible hours, because I usually can't stop in after work. However, as Saturday morning treat, there's no where better to get savory and sweet pies.“
“We stopped in for a very nice dinner in a casual restaurant. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. We had lamb and chicken Schwarma and both thought it was very good. The fatoosh salad and hummus was also excellent. We were very glad we stopped.“
“Ordered a fabulous chocolate tart and box of cookies for the holidays. My guests raved about the quality. The icing on the cake is how kind and thoughtful the owners were working with me and it was all prepared at a reasonable cost point. Can't wait to order again!“
“Monument City Brewing deserves nothing less than five stars! The brewery offers a fantastic selection of meticulously crafted beers that cater to a variety of tastes. Every now and then there is a food truck outside for some good eats. It hasn't been there during every visit, but when it is, it's fantastic. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between laid-back and vibrant, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings and beer enthusiasts. The friendly and knowledgeable staff enhance the overall experience, providing insightful recommendations and fostering a welcoming environment. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Monument City Brewing is a must-visit destination for exceptional brews and a memorable time. Five stars well earned!“
“Loved it, great little cafe with a very chill atmosphere. Friendly and patient staff. A large amount of vegan options which is always appreciated.Vegetarian options: I can't speak to everything, but I had a vegan egg and cheese bagel sandwich that was amazing.“
“Cheeseboard is POPPIN’ at MAGGIES FARM in Lauraville, Baltimore! ????? Definitely something meant to be shared and adored w/ a group of two or more.Cheese Board: @cypressgrovers Humboldt Fog goat cheese, British cheddar w/ welsh brown ale and mustard seeds, mixed berries, dates, homemade preserve, honey, homemade B&B pickles, homemade mustard, homemade focaccia breadSomething tells me I’ll be visiting this joint often! Thanks for the kind hospitality @mf_bartender??“
“My family and I happened up on this cool little place while on vacation and in Baltimore for one day. Loved the atmosphere and the fact that it’s a local place and not a chain that I can get at home in Louisiana. Pizza and wings were great and staff was friendly and attentive.“
“We had our wedding welcome party here and it was the perfect location! The team is so great to work with and so accommodating. The pizza was amazing and the beer was great (per usual!). Everyone had a fantastic time! I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff at Diamondback, every single person was amazing. We visit almost every time we’re in the city.“
“The Charmery is a stop I must make a soon as the weather breaks in Baltimore. Maryland Mud is a chocolate lovers dream and the butter rum was REALLY good. Wish it wasn't only seasonal. The service was a little slow but it's worth it for the ice cream.“
“Excellent shawarma and literally my favorite pizza in Baltimore. Great service, owned by kind people. They’re also halal so all of my students can enjoy pizza parties to the fullest.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Halal-friendly“
“Food is really good. I have a food allergy (cow's milk), and Papi's has managed to get my food right and still have it be tasty every time. Carry-out options = yes. You can eat there, too. The seating and atmosphere is swank casual. Dig it.. It's close to other cool stuff, vintage clothing store, Zeke's coffee shop, Wax Atlas record shop, and Micky's Joint for a cocktail, so make a night of it.Dietary restrictions: The kitchen can amend any dish. They're definitely adept at dairy-free.“
“Chain-store vibes but a better selection and quality than your Panera's. Harbor location is very nice.Vegetarian options: Their only vegan friendly item according to the server was, iirc, the focaccia bread. Plenty of non-meat dishes for vegetarians.“
“Went here for my niece’s 21st bday. It was newly opened (August 2022) and we had a blast. The owner was nice, charismatic, and just all around friendly. Some of our group played pool while some of us took shots and sang along to our fav songs. Great local spot to just unwind and feel at home.“
“I love coming to the Union Craft Brewing with friends and family! It's a lovely place to get together with the whole community, like cheering on the Oriole's! I visited a special event where Oriole baseball players were the bartenders, the Baltimore pride vibes were immaculate! I really appreciate the bartenders of Union Craft, they are spot on with their recommendations! Parking is plentiful on the parking lot and the restrooms are clean and organized. I like how it's adult and kid-friendly, and I also like how they have a section in their brewery that is much quieter and still serves drinks.“
“omg what a local GEM!!! I found this place on Yelp as I was craving juice and they had so many other great reviews. (I had tried to go to another juice spot in the city the day prior but they were closed even during opening hours and my juice craving persisted so here I came) Corner Juice Bar is located in Canton on a corner super close to Patterson Park! Street parking was super easy for me and the decor both inside and out of this shop is soooooo cute. I ordered 2 juices and spoke with the owners for a bit while my drinks were being prepared. First off, the juice is FRESH and they blend it right there and then for you, there's no premade juices. Secondly, I was offered (and took!) some ginger tea while I waited for my juices to be made (which took less than 5 mins they're super fast) and the ginger tea was indeed, quite gingery as I like so this was an unexpected happy surprise. They also gave me my 2 drinks with a plastic drink carrier! Fresh Start Juice 5/5 - a green juice that tastes healthy and refreshing Nature's Rx Juice w/ blueberry and kiwi additions 5/5 - a green juice that tastes a little more sweet than Fresh Start but still super enjoyable and refreshing Definitely recommend coming by and checking them out!!“
