Three of us got some veggie sambusas (and then we ordered more of those because WOW) and the Tabor. The Special Tibbs was so great that we asked for a separate order of it in chicken (lamb, beef, or chicken). We “bothered” our waiter quite a bit and he didn’t mind a bit. He was so caring and kind. It was such a neat little spot and with music playing. Just a whole vibe. 1000% will be returning!

Tabor Ethiopian Restaurant offers an incredible dining experience with super tasty and authentic Ethiopian cuisine. The food is not greasy. Customers enjoy the Veggie Combo 9, which provides a taste of all the veggie options along with injera. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a relaxed ambiance. Guests have praised the kind staff for their explanations of the extensive menu. Tabor is a gem and absolutely worth a visit. The Veggie Sambusa are perfection! Crispy outside and flavorful, mildly spicy lentils inside. The Baltimore platter arrived with extra injera to mop up all the goodness, offering so many vegetables and lentils. The special tibs and alicha wot are so tender and so much flavor. The Awaze Lamb Tibs were perfectly spicy and not gamey at all. The Shiro were also wonderfully spiced and paired perfectly with the injera! The lentils and gomen were top notch! Service was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and attentive!
