Stopped by for the first time the other day after a walk for a quick bite and some coffee. The space is nice open and airy with plenty of seating and nice vibes. The staff is super nice as well. However, it was a bit dirty in there. I sat off on the side tables and the floor was dirty and the wall where my table was located was pretty gross for some reason. A great gem especially if you live or work in the Mt. Vernon area. The true definition of a cool coffeehouse. If you there; ask Rasheed to make you a matcha! You will not regret it 💚
Delicious house roasted coffee which is well suited for espresso. Good selection of pastries, sandwiches and breakfast food.

Ceremony Coffee Roasters - Mt. Vernon serves exceptional coffee, including the recommended shakerato, in a great vibe cafe with helpful staff. This cafe has solid vibes and is a loved spot for locals, standing out in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is nice and peaceful, with plenty of space to pull out a laptop and get some work done. They also offer coffee-making equipment for sale. Their limited-time drink, Birds and Bees, is a sweet and lemony must-try. The cafe is clean, well decorated, and lit, with lovely open windows that let in sunlight. The baristas are knowledgeable, and the coffee is strong and wonderful. There is a cute little patio outside for enjoying the weather. Parking can be tricky depending on the time of day, but there are usually spots available.
