“Stopped by Kona Ice on such a hot spring day and it was absolutely perfect! Their menu has so many amazing flavors and options, there’s seriously something for everyone. The staff was super friendly, fast, and efficient even with a line of people waiting. One of my favorite things was that they even offer pup cups, which made my dog just as excited as I was! Such a fun experience and definitely a must on a warm day!“

“We live right around the corner and drive past this place constantly. We've lived in Parkville for five years and came here for a Bluey brunch sometime last summer with our toddler. We decided to try the actual restaurant part tonight for dinner. The food was outstanding and our waiter was attentive and very friendly. Very lively, festive atmosphere, but my one complaint is, MAN, was it loud in there. My daughter spent the first 10 minutes after we got there holding her ears because it was so noisy. But I guess that's to be expected from one of the most popular local restaurants in town. Will most definitely be back!“

“We are a local business and we ordered 25 pizzas for a holiday party. Best prices around and the pizza was delicious. Called the day of to confirm 6 pm delivery. 6pm the driver walked in the door. He was incredible nice and helped set up the pizzas. We are a few miles away and it was rush hour. The pizzas were so hot that we had to wait a few for them to cook down. One of the best pizza places that I have purchased from and will definitely order from them again.“

“Had found the place by accident roaming around the night before and ordered a chicken sandwich that was AWESOME! So decided on it for the pizza, highly recommend, the following night while roaming again. Started speaking with a older woman behind the bar who is part owner and she was so delightful and informativ of the area of Little Italy and told me of some of the history associated with the area. Such a great experience for an out of stater to have.“

If I tried it first, just like he did, I would have hidden the rest for myself because there’s no way would I share it. It is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The chipotle pepper jelly makes me want to do cartwheels. I also highly recommend the crab dip bagel, but really anything you get will be amazing. Always the best service too! Super sweet workers. She was familiar with the two customers in front of me. It definitely had a neighborhood friendly vibe. The shop was busy. Most of the tables on the first floor were taken up when I was there. Be sure to take a stroll up the stairs. At the top of the stairs was an adorable little spot for two people to sit and chat. The second floor has a great little area to sit and ready or study. The top floor was full of light. I ordered my usual cortado. It was a solid drink. The cortado wasn't bad but it also wasn't anything spectacular to write home about.“

“I love the mamas on the half shell in Owings Mills. The food is great and I am a frequent diner. I love Mary, Alaina, and Gavin the best. They are so courteous and customer service orientated. “We stopped by Miss Shirley’s Cafe during a trip to Baltimore after seeing glowing reviews on Google Map. It lived up to the hype.

Got here around 10am on a Sunday and waited about 20 minutes for a table, which wasn’t bad considering the popularity.

The decor is fun, eclectic, and welcoming. The menu is huge with plenty of both sweet and savory options to choose from. We ordered the fried green tomato breakfast sandwich and the banana chocolate chips pancakes, and both were excellent. I’d order either again. One note: the hot chocolate is very sweet. I ordered it with the pancakes and found the combo too much. If you prefer less sweetness like I do, skip it.

Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant seemed very well run despite the crowds. Though it’s popular with tourists, the food and overall experience make it well worth a visit.“

“This is my favorite place to go in Baltimore. Aside from my house. I don't know what to point out as the deciding factor, but it just feels comfortable to me. The food is good, not great — I absolutely love the French Dip Cheesesteak. The wait staff and bartenders are always beyond friendly. We've done trivia nights and game days and quiet nights. My wife absolutely loves the dirty martini. Her favorite in the city. And it's a short walk from my home. I hope it's here for another 100 years.“
