There was a mix up with our server who was going on break and told us she was handing us off to the next server but that never happened and we waited a while before we got another server. When an food runner would bring something they never took the old plates so we had alot of dirty glasses and plates that we put next to us on a dirty table.“

“Had a great lunch today! The food was fresh and full of flavor. The crispy chicken was perfectly cooked and topped with delicious sauces that gave it a nice kick. “Royal Taj is our go-to restaurant for special occasions, like our 20th Wedding Anniversary last week. It never fails to deliver excellence. Because it was a very special dinner, we decided to try something different. So my wife ordered the Lobster Malabar and I ordered the Grilled Halibut. Both were very good, especially the Halibut which was covered in an outstanding Corn Relish. To top off the evening our excellent server, Joshi, brought us a slice of very tasty cheesecake with a lit candle on top. As usual we cannot rave loud and often enough about Royal Taj and it is all due to the GM Binda, who is very friendly, charismatic and truly sets the tone of excellence at Royal Taj.“

I believe exceptional customer service deserves just as much recognition as a disappointing experience deserves criticism.

Following my original review, Renee, Sagamore's Director of Hospitality, personally reached out to address my concerns. Over the course of several exchanges, she demonstrated genuine professionalism, compassion, and a sincere commitment to hospitality.

For the record, I feel heard, and that's entirely a testament to Renee.

I'm updating my rating voluntarily, not because anyone requested it or because I received anything in return, but because Renee's response has genuinely changed my impression of Sagamore.

Someday, another trip will take us in that direction, and I'll gladly give Sagamore another opportunity.

“Came to Baltimore first night out to dinner decided to try this place called kechy Pizza co. First off 5 star service the moment we walked in the door . Amazing menu , amazing choices and hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time . The food and ingredients were all so fresh and tasted amazing. I definitely recommend if you’re in the area to stop in and fill your bell you won’t be disappointed!“

“I had an Alma birthday gift card so it was time to use it on a Saturday night. We had a reservation at 6 but arrived earlier to enjoy the Bar and some apertivos. A good list/variety of Cocktails including Zero. Dan is the Man and not only made drink recommendations but navigated the menu for us. Lessons in Alliteration and the Mezcal y Manaca were my favorites, Guayabita and Vieja Escuela were also enjoyed.

We started with the Patacon Salvaje -Calamari, avocado etc-just wanted to look at it as it was a work of art-tasty, Tequenos-their version of cheese sticks-the Guayaba sauce takes it over the top!

First course-Alma Caesar salad-order it! Brussel sprouts, kimchi dressing-enough said, Caribe Atomico-have never had scallops (thinly sliced) this way before and loved it-the sauce wants to be spicy but stops at savory and the rice cracker complimented nicely-basically a Ceviche and another must try.

Entrees-based on recommendation went with the Solomo Criollo (prime NY strip)-came out medium rare as ordered and Yuca with Chimichurri was a perfect side.
The Duck Attolado stole the show! Exquisite spiced Duck breast
over a bed of rice similar to Paella-delicious!

Service was attentive and engaged-Kez took great care of us. Prices are at a premium and rightfully so as you won’t find these creations on every corner. Perfect spot for date night!“

This is a family run business in the heart of Baltimore social life, between Inner Harbor, Harbor East and Fells Point (more to Fells Point side). It is our favorite Indian restaurant in Baltimore by far. My husband and I really enjoy their lunch buffets, they service freshly made food and have a variety of options. The lunch buffet has Indian salads, sometimes vegetable samosas, at least a few different meat entrees, at least a few different vegetable entrees, dessert, and always hot chai tea with sugar options. My husband and I enjoy going to not only eat the food, but also appreciate how friendly and hospitable Amir and his family are. They also have respectful staff, and run a very peaceful operation. We appreciate every visit, and when we leave, we feel like we have gained 5 pounds each (in a good way!). Looking forward to our next visit :) Thank you Mr. Amir and family!“

One soup (tomato), one entre (chicken), one desert (white cake with fresh frosting, with stale frosting sprinkles, and an eclair on top). Other than the desert, each was done very well unless you don't like that particular choice. I'm not fond of tomato soup and the deserts both sucked.“

“I have recently discovered Pioneer Pit Beef, and what a gem it is. Good old-fashioned pit beef. No nonsense! The super size sandwich is enormous, and worth every penny. You might have to wait in line, but it is definitely worth the wait. Buy an extra sandwich, because you will want another one after you taste the best pit beef in Baltimore!“
