“Stop everything and head straight to this boardwalk fries restaurant! I can't even begin to describe how incredible the cheese steak and fries were – it's like a taste of heaven on a plate. The cheese steak was loaded with juicy, flavorful meat and melted cheese, perfectly complemented by the crispy, golden fries. And let me tell you, the portion sizes were HUGE – I couldn't believe my eyes when the food arrived. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, leaving me craving more even after I was stuffed! If you're a fan of mouthwatering comfort food done right, do yourself a favor and visit this place ASAP. You won't regret it!“
“Honey's has undergone new management and honestly, I enjoy coming here. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the Crispy Mongolian Beef ($15.95). They have beer bucket specials as well and there kitchen stays open til 11 pm. They have a packaged good stores if you want to buy beer or liquor at the side, as well as 3 pool tables ($1-$1.50/rack).“
“The staff at DePaola’s are so accommodating and understanding and KIND! No judgements! I don’t feel accepted many places I go, and I don’t generally relax very much in public, but I can when I come here, because the staff and regulars are so awesome. The service is very fast and attentive. The food is great too. I actually don’t eat burgers, but everyone I’ve brought here to try one says they’re great! I can say from personal experience that the French fries are top notch and best served with honey mustard. The sweet Thai chili wings are also a go-to. When the world feels generally disappointing, I go by DePaolas to introduce some fun back into my life.“
“Okay so, food is absolutely amazing. I had ribs, which were huge, great flavor, and smoke. The staff was very nice. My friend had wings, and I never seen them so big. My whole group was impressed with the quality, flavor, and portion of the food. They sent us home with complimentary beef soup, which was impressive. We will be going back.“
“Trip Advisor is listing Coolahan's as closed, but we were just there for food and happy hour. I have driven by Coolahan's for 40 years and never stopped before and it was a pleasant surprise. It is a small local place with a long bar and 4 tables to the left in a small dining area next to the bar. There is also a pool room behind the bar to the right. There are a few parking spots in front of the bar and 2 lots behind it down a steep hill. They have a 3-7 happy hour M-F with all domestic bottles, cans and drafts for $2. They have a good selection of beers, and we went with the Rolling Rock bottles and Coors Light drafts. They have a surprisingly large menu also and my wife liked the 1/2 lb ($10.99) of steamed shrimp with potatoes and onions. My chicken cheesesteak with bacon was good and the rest of the group liked their cheesesteak and French fries. The only ding was a hamburger that was a little small and a touch dry. Our waitress was great, and she was working the entire place. The 4 of us said we would definitely come back again and bring 2 more with us.“
“First time here. Stopped in for lunch. Busy but not too crowded. Was greeted by the bartender the instant we walked in the door.Pretty good beer selection. Nice variety. Prompt and friendly service. We got the Bavarian twisted pretzel w beer cheese and mustard and a couple of sushi rolls. Both we great. We will definitely be back.“
