I came during happy hour & I loved the ambience & location. I was seated right away though it took a minute for my waiter to come. The bar was packed. Lockbar has the best happy hour in Baltimore! It has such beautiful water views, great HH options, and all at a great price! This is an easy choice for a nice spring day to sit and sip with friends!

Went here once for dinner a while back and I guess I forgot to write a review but I recall that we enjoyed it. A little pricey but good. Recently I stopped in for happy hour.
