“I hosted a surprise 30th birthday for my husband at HYC last night. Everyone I dealt with from the moment I reached out to inquire about hosting an event there up until the end of the event last night were fantastic. I ordered food from the catering menu and everyone in attendance commented on how great the food was. Our bartender and server were great as well and I was checked on several times to make sure that everything was going well. We had a great time with great food and drinks and I would highly recommend hosting an event here!“

“The gal that took our order was so sweet, and incredibly friendly.
We got 2dz medium (we actually ended up with 26 lol) and they were not only perfectly-seasoned, but they were really nice-sized mediums.
It took about 20mins from ordering to them handing us the bag.
We got a few mallets and butcher paper from them, too.

Staff was super friendly, had my order ready at the scheduled time, and have any supplies you might need at the ready, and also cheap. My daughter's b-day was great thanks to the awesome crabs.“

“Stopped in on a whim and glad we did. Really loved the atmosphere here. Friendly service and good food. We happened to stop in on wing night so $1 wings was also a great deal. Don’t recommend the tuna, wasn’t bad but in retrospect it probably wasn’t the best choice to order tuna steak at a bar. Definitely plan on stopping in again.“

“Mr. Saiful, Mr. Mahadi always professional and courteous, detailed to the T! Takes time out to make sure you’re not just happy, but JOYFUL with the service! From the time the door opens you can smell the food and feel the energy!

Service is A1, food is also amazing and the sweet tea, lemonade or MIX is off the charts 📈 lol. Very clean and when you get your food, they have an abundance of sides that you can put on it from sauces to any other condiments!

I’ve been to a few wing spots, but after being here, this is the only spot I go out my way to come to! If you’ve never been here, I pray this review gives you the push to give it a shot! With 33 flavors I’m sure you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for and like.

“Definitely a 10/10 spot went there around 7:30 for dinner !! Food was awesome and in good prices I got a crab cake for 18$ with a 2 dollar add on for fries and coleslaw. Recommend getting there early just because wait times are crazy. Service was awesome I was there 5/21 and sitting on the first floor outside the server was amazing but sadly I can’t remember the young girls name she was tall and skinny. Special occasions when the mood is right, we go to the ambassador for that special taste of Indian cuisine. I’ve been going to the ambassador for the last 20 years. “Rusty Scupper was amazing. The goold was delicious but what really set them apart was how they went the extra mile for my parents anniversary dinner. I got my parents a gift card and made reservations, in the reservation saying it wasy parents anniversary celebration, could they give them a quiet table. They did that and so very much more. My mom can't stop talking about how incredible they were, how special she felt, how incredible the food was and how she had 3 wait staff, one in training but she had never felt so special in her life. Her excitement and joy makes me smile and I want everyone to know that Rusty Scupper could have set them in a nice table and said Happy Anniversary, that would have been great service but what they did was make an unforgettable memory for my parents. Going above and beyond, thank you Rusty Scupper staff, thank you so very much. You gave my parents an experience that is above and beyond "like something out of a movie" mom keeps saying!!!!“

“We come to eat at the Rosedale location maybe once a month. Even on long waits when we are extra hungry, we always request Draven because he is a rockstar! Our drinks are never empty and requests such as extra napkins, gloves, bibs etc are always met expeditiously. We never have to wait long for food and it is always fresh and hot. Our family are creatures of habit and we typically get the same thing every time. Let’s start with the clam chowder. A generous bowl with a heaping portion of clam. We especially enjoy the crackers on the side for our picky toddler to nibble on. For dinner I always get the Cajun boil with the hook n reel blend *spicy* with sausage and hard boiled eggs as an add on. I like to get a 20 oz. draft ipa. It pairs very well with the spiciness of the boil. Our toddler usually ends up with tenders and sweet potato waffle fries. Recently she has started to eat broccoli (hallelujah!) so we get that on the side as well. For a family of 3, we spend around $130. If you request Draven, please expect to be amazed by the service and expect to tip at LEAST 20% for impeccable service. For those bad at math, 20% of $130 is $26, which I like to bump up to $30. Sorry this was so long! If you got this far, enjoy your dinner at Hook n Reel in Rosedale. We always do!“

“I love the mamas on the half shell in Owings Mills. The food is great and I am a frequent diner. I love Mary, Alaina, and Gavin the best. They are so courteous and customer service orientated. The crab soup there and the cream of crab is to die for. Also love their coddies! The restaurant is beautiful and I also love sitting outside as well. Always seems very clean. “I recently ordered catering from bahama mikes for the first time and boy was I impressed!! The restaurant called to tell me they were upgrading to the plastic display tray for the lunchmeat, no charge. The delivery driver was prompt and on time (5 min early!). The food was piping hot and they even included the tortilla chips I didn’t order at no up charge. The food was delish and all the serving spoons and condiments were the perfect less stress add ons. I will order again and recommend to all! (We frequent the regular menu for carry out, which is also excellent;))“

The birthday and anniversary touches added to the occasion. Overall, there were so many personal touches from the handwritten bday card to the beautiful white rose I received. Soft Crab was mushy and no so great.

The other meals were solid and great portions for the price.

“I think I died and went to heaven lol. I was at a neighborhood outdoor festival and ordered from their food truck there. I expected it to be half the amount of food I received and delightfully surprised at the amount of food I got for $11! I can see why they have 100% positive ratings.
