We had an enjoyable early Friday dinner at The Black Olive. The restaurant was mostly empty and quiet, and the food arrived relatively quickly. The wine and cocktails were great, and the lamb chops were particularly well cooked and delicious.
The main weakness was that our waiter did not seem very knowledgeable about the wine list and misunderstood a basic wine question. Overall, though, the food and drinks were very good, and we might return.
