They don't give u enough, so you are forced to ask 4 more. Then when u tell the member fixing yr bowl " that's not the portion size I asked 4" they still don't put a decent size amount. it's like they are scared to give u decent sized portions, even when u are willing 2 pay the extra dollars 💸 💵. Example: I will get the spices or regular meatballs wit a side of spices or gtlrilled chicken. I barely get 2 meatballs and the scoop of chicken is small. ( paying extra is not the problem) so even when I pay Xtra they barely give u what u ask for.“

Chick- fil- A is the King of the mountain in reference to quality of food, service & how they train their young associates. The essence of this keeps regulars returning time after time. It makes me feel good when the young associate looks me in the eye, smiles & later tells me it was their pleasure to serve me. It means a lot to go to a counter & not just get stared at like you the customer shld just start talking without being addressed. I appreciate CFA's service principle.“

“I work at the Port and love to have the convenience of this restaurant. They also take care of paperwork copying for truckers which is much needed. Very friendly atmosphere and the food is delicious. Very wide variety also. I just wish they were open longer hours. God bless to those workers due to the bridge collapse. I hope it doesn't close the restaurant too long. God help all the Port workers including myself.

“We live right around the corner and drive past this place constantly. We've lived in Parkville for five years and came here for a Bluey brunch sometime last summer with our toddler. We decided to try the actual restaurant part tonight for dinner. The food was outstanding and our waiter was attentive and very friendly. Very lively, festive atmosphere, but my one complaint is, MAN, was it loud in there. My daughter spent the first 10 minutes after we got there holding her ears because it was so noisy. But I guess that's to be expected from one of the most popular local restaurants in town. Will most definitely be back!“

“It is my favorite place, except in some Chick-fil-A's in the area. I have to come home and fill the salad plate with my own to have a complete salad or else not enough. You only get 3/4 of a salad. Salads are to wet, sometimes not so fresh. But enough to decrease my trips to this fast food restaurant. My disappointment is just the with the salads because that is the only thing I buy and the kids meal for my daughter. The employees and the service is excellent.“
