You guys are gonna need more location in the Baltimore area
I had such a wonderful experience at this Sweetgreen location. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well-run, there were plenty of great options, and the entire team seemed friendly, engaged, and happy to be there. You can tell that a lot of care goes into how this location is managed.

I was there the other night at almost closing time—the employee who made my salad was meticulous and took his time. I usually get the Shroomami and it was perfect for me. I appreciated him.

Based on recent reviews, Sweetgreen offers one of the best salad experiences in Baltimore with consistently fresh ingredients and customization options. The KBBQ Steak Bowl from the Sweetgreen X COTE colab blew customers away with juicy steak, crunchy veggies, and apple kimchi sauce that ties everything together perfectly. The maple glazed brussel sprouts plus chicken plates are also a favorite, with good food at a good price. Service is described as fast, warm, and friendly, with kind and courteous staff creating a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is kid-friendly and great for a quick lunch, with relaxed window seating.
However, some experiences have been inconsistent. One customer received a $20 build your own bowl with little to no base greens, minimal portions of extras, and unripe avocado that was just cut in half and thrown on top. Dressing containers were placed inside the bowl instead of on the side. Contacting the store directly was difficult, but contacting corporate was the solution. That customer received compensation and a coupon for 50% off the next meal. The replacement bowl was packed to the brim with adequate portions, and the avocado was ripe. Items with gluten are clearly labeled, which is vital for those with celiac, and cross-contamination seemed minimal.
