Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on ME but the third time I ordered from Sweetgreen via Uber Eats — the rices still HARD, Salmon barely cooked,& avocado old is just a disaster! I had to call and sit on the phone with customer service but something just not right if the food is horrible the THIRD time! Thankfully I was able to get my money back. This place has potential to be amazing food but the quality and packaging needs work and CARE to be given. Thanks but NO THANKS NEVER AGAIN — too inconsistent!

This Sweetgreen is absolutely terrible. Everytime I order a salad from here, they get the order totally wrong or send a salad with half of the items missing. They also send pathetic portions compared to what they used to. Just recently, I ordered a fish taco salad, and it arrived just a bowl of arugula without the salmon! Then they only wanted to refund me $2. Ridiculous! This is a recurring issue, so clearly their staff is not paying attention to detail. You all need to do better.

Every time I come to this specific location it's never a welcoming environment, never felt welcomed not once. All the employees there are always grumpy with bad attitudes. Its like your annoying them when your ready to place an order. This place as the worst customer service in any restaurant I have been so far in Baltimore. They need to terminate the whole entire staff and hire people who is fit for that specific type of environment, "health conscious individuals".Sad part is that I love the food there because most of it are alkaline ingredients, but I'm going to have to take my service some where else because I'm a big believer in energy, and how it's transferred. It's nothing but negative energy and bad attitudes here.

9 months later:Sand and dirt on the romaine AGAIN, and even worse.If you tell me this is washed, I have no words to say.——Food is NOT clean today. I have been a loyal customer and have ordered so many times here and other SG locations. But today the salad I picked up from this location is NOT good. I chewed sand out of my salad. probably from the romaine. there is literally sand or similar things that crunch on my teeth. I contacted the Custer Services line but literally NO agent is getting back to me. The only available auto-responding options are all about orders and they won’t help you anything once your order is completed. This experience is extremely unsatisfying. And I don’t think I will order anything here.

Great if you go in person, but in the app if you have an issue it forces you into a chat that presets options and ultimately they provide no assistance. So if you don’t care about if your delivery is ever coming this is the place for you!

So unfortunate that I will no longer purchase my salads from here anymore. I typically come to this location 3 to 4 times a week and after today I’ll be taking my money else where. I was served raw salmon, after getting home and noticing I instantly felt sick and called customer service via text they decided to tell me they would make this up and credit my account a lousy $27! I am appalled and disgusted at the poor customer service I was given.

Every time I come here it's just such an unreal experience. They give no salad or salad that is spoiled. I get three pieces of chicken in my salad. They always are out of stock of something. It's so so unreal. Sweetgreen is such a reputable brand and these employees are just making the business suck because of laziness. This location doesn't hold smoke to the sweet greens in DC or NY. Always a bad experience here

Careful, I highly recommend ordering in person at this location. My Uber Eats orders are consistently wrong. Food:Heads up pescatarians! The menu has a fish taco salad that brings me life! The fish taco salad is on a short list of salads I actually enjoy eating. I have to say sweetgreen has the most flavorful dressings in fast casual dining. I'll be first in line to buy the salad dressing in store if it happens. Service: N/A Ambiance: Clean, typical sweetgreen.

Service is generally friendly but I'm disappointed about the under portioning of greens that happens frequently. For the price paid for a salad I'd hope that the bowl is full but it is often not. Otherwise ingredients are fresh and flavorful .

Restaurant appears to be for upper middle class bougee white folks who don't care about wasting their money.Charging eighteen plus bucks for a salad and cheaping out on one eighth of a thing of hummus with desert-dry bread and a half-full salad with the same amount of dressing as there was hummus. Would have had a better experience just buying a couple salads at Royal Farms.
