America's Best Wings - Arbutus offers a friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. Customers appreciate the great service, although there have been some issues with order accuracy. For instance, one customer received a cheesesteak without cheese, and another received a fish wrap instead of a fish sub. Despite these mix-ups, the food is generally described as good, with fresh and hot meals. However, some diners have expressed concerns regarding pricing, noting that combos are more expensive here compared to other locations. Suggestions for pricing adjustments have been made, indicating that combos should be around $8.00 to $10.00. Additionally, customers recommend that the restaurant could improve the experience by ensuring all orders are correct and providing more generous portions of sauce for wings. The wait time is typically around 15 minutes, making it a reasonable choice for a quick meal. Overall, America’s Best Wings - Arbutus offers tasty food but could enhance customer satisfaction with better pricing and order accuracy.
