“I want to share the wonderful experience my wife, granddaughter, and I had during our recent visit to the Chick-fil-A located in the Cedarbrook Mall.

The management is doing a fine job, and I want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Joey H., who was working around that 6 o'clock pm shift.
The staff was courteous and very professional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I actually felt safe dining inside. I understand this location has been there for roughly two years, and the place was immaculate, as if it just opened.

We simply enjoyed ourselves and our food, and we'll definitely return to dine there again.“

“Gotta be honest, I'm really impressed by my experience at this KFC... i stopped in cause I needed to eat something after a long-ish work day and was craving some original recipe chicken. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and very professional, the restaurant and the bathroom were both very clean and pleasant... the young lady that grabbed me some hot sauce was also very nice and helpful. “OHH MAHHH GOODNESSS WHERE DO I BEGIN. I honestly can say I have had all types of fried chicken but this is the best SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN I EVER HAD HANDS DOWN!!! I’m not even cappin. “The Ceasar wrap is pretty hyped up on social media so I had very high expectations driving from Delaware. It was alright but pretty mild on flavor to be honest. Dressing pretty basic not sharp or spicy/garlicy. Not much parm or miniscule amounts. Chicken was good but I bet by itself would require sauces. Mozzarella sticks eaten 20 seconds after pickup had zero pull and was served with cold premade marinara in a disposable cup it was like a Kens dressing cup. Will never be back. Multiple reviews mention lack of flavor.“

I've lived in the US for 11 years and went to plenty of Arabic restaurants all over the country, this is by far the most authentic that tastes exactly like food back home in Syria does. “Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

“Really liked the food here. The hot chicken had a nice crispy coating and good flavor, with just enough heat from the seasoning. The gyro was good too. The meat was tender, the toppings were fresh, and the sauce wasn't too heavy.

The portions were pretty generous, and everything came out fresh. The place was busy when I went, but the staff were friendly and I didn't have to wait too long for my order.

There’s a good amount of variety on the menu too, so I’d definitely come back and try something else next time. Overall, really good meal.“

“I can’t even lie — Hot Clux got one of the best chicken sandwiches in the city. I’ve been there multiple times and they stay consistent every visit, no matter which location you pull up to.

My go-to is the Loaded Dirty Bird Special. That joint is seriously one of the best things on the whole menu — packed with flavor, filling, and just hits every time. If you don’t know what to order your first time, start there. Trust.

They also got great drinks to pair with your meal, and the quality of the food is always on point. Never had a sloppy or disappointing order from them.

“My family has been to multiple Jollibee locations in the past, and this was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had at one. The food came out less than five minutes after we ordered, and the service was excellent. We asked about the menu before ordering and one of the workers (her tag read “Gina”) answered very quick, polite, and friendly. She was very helpful.“

“I wanted to recognize the manager at Chick-fil-A Horsham for the way he handled an issue with my mobile order. Some of the items I specifically ordered were missing from my bag, and unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I had already reached my destination.

When I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager, he listened to my concerns, handled the situation quickly, and most importantly, made me feel heard and valued as a customer.

Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes makes all the difference. When you place a mobile order with specific items, you trust that everything you ordered will be in the bag when you leave.

The way the manager handled this situation is exactly why I will continue coming back to the Horsham location. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort he made to make things right.“

“TL,DR; A tasty chicken sandwich, big portions of fries, but too small to be filling. We'll come back to try the chicken fingers or the wings next time.

My wife and I had been wanting to try this place for a while because we heard they were a new up-and-coming chicken joint bringing Asian style fried chicken to the states. (Being a former resident of South Korea for several years, I can say first hand that Asian fried chicken is among the best in the world.)

The restaurant itself was very well-kept with a clean kitchen and floor. There were only two employees, but they did a good job keeping up with orders, even during a rush.

The chicken sandwiches were just like you would want them to be--crunchy outside, juicy inside, all the right fixins. The reason why we can't rate this experience any higher is that the sandwiches were quite small and barely enough to be considered a meal. I should also mention here that the coleslaw didn't add anything at all due to it being under seasoned.

The fries were a bright spot: hot and fresh curly fries like the ones you get at Arby's. I especially appreciated the variety of dipping sauces available at the counter, including sweet chili, honey mustard, barbecue, ranch, buffalo, and mango habanero. The meal also comes with a free can of tea or you can upgrade for either $2 or $3 for a bubble tea.

We both agreed that the meal was tasty and would be acceptable as a lunch portion but pretty small for dinner. We want to come back and try the chicken tenders and/or the wings next time.“
