“Very small location, only enough seating for maybe 5 parties. That was the only downside I saw. But I will say, fried chicken is my favorite food and this was definitely in the top 3 best friend chicken I’ve had. The crunch and juiciness is unmatched. Will definitely be back.“

“Great Service and food. The smash burger was juicy and had flavor. The fries were crispy and were well seasoned. The tenders juicy and flavorful and the spice was not overpowering and allowed you to still taste the chicken. That sauce mannnnnnn BANGING!! Overall really good experience would come back.“

“The chicken pieces keep getting smaller and thinner than what they were.
The last 3&4 times (different restaurants) the chicken breasts are smaller and it is affecting the taste of the sandwich.

I hope they take this as their hint to fix that.“

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dominic, the General Manager, and the entire Chick-fil-A team!

I recently had my car unexpectedly die while I was in the drive-thru, creating an inconvenience not only for myself but also for the employees and everyone else in line. What could have easily turned into an incredibly stressful and embarrassing experience was made so much better because of the kindness, patience, and compassion shown by Dominic and his staff.

Dominic truly went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly kind, understanding, accommodating, and never once made me feel like I was a burden or an inconvenience. Instead, he stepped up, handled the situation with such professionalism, and made sure I was okay. His willingness to help during an unexpected situation speaks volumes about the kind of person he is and the type of leadership he brings to his team.

I also want to recognize the staff for their patience and understanding throughout the entire situation. It is easy to provide great customer service when everything goes smoothly, but it is how a team treats people when things go wrong that really makes a lasting impression.

Dominic, thank you for turning what could have been a horrible experience into a genuinely positive one. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have a General Manager like you, and your kindness did not go unnoticed. This is exactly what exceptional customer service looks like!

She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, and she has constantly walked around the dining area offering to clean, refresh beverages, and just checking in on other customers. “Hello! i was at the store on 1301 Fairview Blvd, Delran, NJ 08075 last Tuesday June 23rd, where my car proceeded to break down in the drive thru line. That day I learned that Chik Fil A might be the best place to ever break down. I felt like i was in a NASSCAR pit stop. Before i knew it one associate had their car facing mine and another had jumper cables. Within ten minutes i was back up and running and out of their way! meanwhile they continued to effortlessly serve the other customers. I stopped in to ask for their names and saw them all again to thank in person and send in this submission. They wrote down their names, but i lost the paper.... again great job Chik Fil A Delran! oh and as always food was great!“

“The day after the blizzard, I was frustrated after trying to find a post office that was open, and stopped in a Raising Cane's for dinner. There wasn't a car in the lot, but took a chance and saw that they were opened. The young man at the register was professional and polite, and I was so pleased that they were opened and the young man's professionalism that I tipped him $5, and let him know I appreciated his work ethic for being there after a blizzard. It was my 2nd time trying the chain, and the food was delicious.“

“Comparing this to the other new place in town. This has a lighter coating and the chicken is juicy as well. Fries were normal fries that taste good as well. The guys that helped were so nice ! Like upstanding and just genuinely wanting to help! Fresh teas was good. Very good place and the Texas toast was better than the bread at the other place but. It places were very good !“
