“The day after the blizzard, I was frustrated after trying to find a post office that was open, and stopped in a Raising Cane's for dinner. There wasn't a car in the lot, but took a chance and saw that they were opened. The young man at the register was professional and polite, and I was so pleased that they were opened and the young man's professionalism that I tipped him $5, and let him know I appreciated his work ethic for being there after a blizzard. It was my 2nd time trying the chain, and the food was delicious.“

“It was my first time trying the Wilkes-Barre location. I got the loaded fries with hot honey and a slider with normal hot sauce. Huge portions! Food was PHENOMENAL! The service was great and everybody was friendly/very accommodating. Highly recommend.“

“Placed an order for pick up. My food was ready within the time frame given. My food was hot and great quality. This place is delicious and I tell everyone I know about it. Boneless bites, delectable. I’ve never had any grit and it’s the juiciest white meat. Not to mention the breading on the outside is perfect.They’re also pretty big compared to your standard boneless bites which makes them more than worth the price. Bone in were good but I don’t prefer bone in. Their sauces are amazing. Kimchi fried rice? Forget about it!!! *chefs kiss* and I love the cheeseling fries, they are soft/limp, I wish they were crispy even just a little but the cheese powder really makes them unique. I’ve never tried their drinks but maybe in the future. Please give this place a shot, you won’t regret it.“

“It was like serving food right to your car, and not even taking tips! There were 2 druve thru lanes in this PA quiet town and it took a few minutes to pull up. The order was taken in person! And as I pulled up to pick up my food, my order was ready before the one for the car in front. A second youngster brought me the food! A grilled chicken wrap with cooling veggies and the apple cider vinegar dressing my order taking person suggested! I was happy to get it quickly and enjoyed it!“

“Large 2-3 lane drive-through. Compared to other local Chick Fil A's the indoor seating area is small and fills up quickly at dinner time and on Saturdays. Partly due to families hanging out at tables even after eating, while the kiddos play in the indoor playground. In nice weather there is an outdoor seating area.“

“Girl at drive-thru window was extremely polite. The fish sandwich and double cheeseburger I ordered we're really good and a nice change. It took a little while for the food, but I am fine with that for the quality and flavor. I know with the smaller brand burger and chicken places you cannot expect the same speed as the corporate giant fast food places. I rather support the small places that have more flavor but take a little longer.“

“Hello! i was at the store on 1301 Fairview Blvd, Delran, NJ 08075 last Tuesday June 23rd, where my car proceeded to break down in the drive thru line. That day I learned that Chik Fil A might be the best place to ever break down. I felt like i was in a NASSCAR pit stop. Before i knew it one associate had their car facing mine and another had jumper cables. Within ten minutes i was back up and running and out of their way! meanwhile they continued to effortlessly serve the other customers. I stopped in to ask for their names and saw them all again to thank in person and send in this submission. They wrote down their names, but i lost the paper.... again great job Chik Fil A Delran! oh and as always food was great!“

“I recently stopped at this KFC and had a mixed experience. The regular fried chicken was actually quite good—hot, flavorful, and what I generally expect when visiting KFC. Unfortunately, the nuggets were a major disappointment. They had a rubbery texture and seemed to lack seasoning or flavor altogether. I was expecting something crispy and enjoyable, but they tasted bland and unappetizing.

The dining area also left a strange first impression. When I walked in, several tables had chairs stacked on top of them, which made me wonder if the restaurant was closed or in the process of shutting down for the day. For customers arriving during normal business hours, that can be confusing and unwelcoming.

The lobby itself felt unusually empty, almost as if something was missing. There was a lot of unused space, and the overall atmosphere lacked the warmth and inviting feel that many restaurants try to create. While the restaurant appeared clean, the layout and presentation made the space feel unfinished.

Overall, the regular chicken saved the visit, but the nuggets and the appearance of the dining area need improvement. With a few adjustments, the customer experience could be much better.“
