KFC provides prompt and responsive service, accommodating custom orders with a friendly and efficient staff. Food is hot, fresh, and tastes good, with orders accurately prepared. The drive-thru experience is pleasant, with staff members displaying a nice smile. The front of the house and dining room are very clean, along with the restrooms. Despite some inconsistencies, such as a bad batch of coleslaw, the restaurant generally meets expectations, with standard menu items like pot pie and large desserts like chocolate cake. Chicken is fresh and crispy, making for a great experience overall.
