“Love this place! I’m gluten free so it can be difficult finding places to eat, and fried chicken is unheard of in the gluten free world so this was such a nice surprise. The food tastes amazing and not at all “gluten free tasting.” Service is always super friendly as well!“

“The chicken tenders are phenomenally delicious. Finally somewhere local that has seasoning in the actual coating. Unlike flavorless, Raising Cane’s that tastes like boiled chicken water. My son and I have already eaten from here four times. He is obsessed with the chicken sandwich. The only problem for me is the potato salad, which is sweet - something I’ve never encountered in my life and was a little bit of a shock to me. Not sure if this company is from the south and that’s how they make it in the south. Potato salad is supposed to be savory like egg salad, but with potatoes- not sweet. I was surprised it didn’t have raisins. Lol. The pimento dip is amazing. It tastes like buffalo dip, without chicken - I eat for a few days with sliced cucumbers and carrots. It’s also good on ritz or club crackers. 4.5 of 5 stars ✨“

“Stopped in at the Chick-fil-A in Newtown PA with my 94 year-old-mom for lunch. This is the most attentive staff and perfect service and atmosphere! They jumped to hold doors, delivered meal to the table instantly, etc. Fresh flowers on every table, and spotlessly clean including in the restroom. Tasty, hot meal and Bob was a gracious host. Who knew this is what we missed going through the drive through all the time?“

“It was my first time trying the Wilkes-Barre location. I got the loaded fries with hot honey and a slider with normal hot sauce. Huge portions! Food was PHENOMENAL! The service was great and everybody was friendly/very accommodating. Highly recommend.“

“It was like serving food right to your car, and not even taking tips! There were 2 druve thru lanes in this PA quiet town and it took a few minutes to pull up. The order was taken in person! And as I pulled up to pick up my food, my order was ready before the one for the car in front. A second youngster brought me the food! A grilled chicken wrap with cooling veggies and the apple cider vinegar dressing my order taking person suggested! I was happy to get it quickly and enjoyed it!“

“This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I bought a 4 pc fingers meal! First of all, why have I been sleeping on this place? I am now craving this restaurants perfect crinkle cut fries that even taste good cold cause they give giant portions & I couldnt eat them all at once!

The chicken fingers were crispy and the batter on them was seasoned so well. I can tell they make their own honey mustard!!! I had a mini cup of it & I used my finger to clean the sides of it- it was so good! The coleslaw was an 7/10 for me but I'm southern so I need some vinegar in mine please.

Finally, last not least- the toast is AMAZING!!! LIGHT HINT OF GARLIC & so soft yet lightly toasted. Damnit- I guess I know what I'm eating for dinner tonight!! Haha! You will not be sorry!! I am so excited to eat there again. I could make their commercials, NO CAP!“

“Large 2-3 lane drive-through. Compared to other local Chick Fil A's the indoor seating area is small and fills up quickly at dinner time and on Saturdays. Partly due to families hanging out at tables even after eating, while the kiddos play in the indoor playground. In nice weather there is an outdoor seating area.“

“Girl at drive-thru window was extremely polite. The fish sandwich and double cheeseburger I ordered we're really good and a nice change. It took a little while for the food, but I am fine with that for the quality and flavor. I know with the smaller brand burger and chicken places you cannot expect the same speed as the corporate giant fast food places. I rather support the small places that have more flavor but take a little longer.“

“I recently stopped at this KFC and had a mixed experience. The regular fried chicken was actually quite good—hot, flavorful, and what I generally expect when visiting KFC. Unfortunately, the nuggets were a major disappointment. They had a rubbery texture and seemed to lack seasoning or flavor altogether. I was expecting something crispy and enjoyable, but they tasted bland and unappetizing.

The dining area also left a strange first impression. When I walked in, several tables had chairs stacked on top of them, which made me wonder if the restaurant was closed or in the process of shutting down for the day. For customers arriving during normal business hours, that can be confusing and unwelcoming.

The lobby itself felt unusually empty, almost as if something was missing. There was a lot of unused space, and the overall atmosphere lacked the warmth and inviting feel that many restaurants try to create. While the restaurant appeared clean, the layout and presentation made the space feel unfinished.

Overall, the regular chicken saved the visit, but the nuggets and the appearance of the dining area need improvement. With a few adjustments, the customer experience could be much better.“
