I went through drive thru so all I can tell you is they're polite, they ask if there is anything else, and I like that because I almost always forget to ask for salt and ketchup. When I stopped there was some party going on and the wait was a bit longer, but they gave me a coupon for a sandwich to make it right. Love chic filet ?
We visited this Chick-fil-A for dinner last week as a family. The service and food was very good as always. The employees always seem to go out of their way to serve guests. They consistently provide excellent service. We love the food and visit here often and will visit again soon.

The line was a little slow today but I realized it was because of the rain and I applaud Chick-fil-A for not making the workers stand outside in the flood watch. Anyway Sona is great and took care of me when they didn’t hear my name correctly. Also look how nicely they put my chicken in a row.
