“We came to check out the ramen self serve station. It was a fun experience for my 7 year old to help make her own ramen bowl. The employee there was so friendly and helped her find a flavor that she would like. I had the miso soup and tuna sushi. Everything was so fresh and delicious, my daughter loved her ramen too. We also liked the fridge full of unique drinks to pick from.”

“The young ladies behind the bar are sweet, personable and professional. If you go twice, they'll remember your name and what you drink. And this may be a best-kept secret but the roast pork sandwich with long hots will CRUSH 90% of those in South Philadelphia. Doesn't need the cup of "jus" they include, but you can down it like a shot. Pro tip: Try subbing Cooper Sharp for Provolone.”

A young man, Anthony, (in a management training position)went out of his way to make us all feel welcome. Your organization is fortunate to have such a person in a management position. “I wanted to recognize the manager at Chick-fil-A Horsham for the way he handled an issue with my mobile order. Some of the items I specifically ordered were missing from my bag, and unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I had already reached my destination.

When I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager, he listened to my concerns, handled the situation quickly, and most importantly, made me feel heard and valued as a customer.

Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes makes all the difference. When you place a mobile order with specific items, you trust that everything you ordered will be in the bag when you leave.

The way the manager handled this situation is exactly why I will continue coming back to the Horsham location. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort he made to make things right.”
