Edit: had to lower a star as they’re not able to make the cold brew well consistently. Sometimes the cold brew tasted more acidic and lacked flavor. Ppl were still nice, though.Had excellent service and drinks today. The woman who helped me and also made my drinks was kind and friendly. The salted caramel cold brew was perfection. I give this 2 stars as I’m STILL waiting for my coffee approaching the 30 minute mark….floor and tables are dirty and sticky by no fault of the staff because there’s not enough of them to keep up. I get their busy but 30 minutes for a cup of coffee?!?!?! I think this store in particular could benefit from a sign board so people can see where their coffee order is in their cue as everyone was constantly asking staff when theirs would be done and it disrupted them.

Very slow service... waited over 20 mins on 12/16/23 @ 12:10pm.Asked the lady how long do I gotta wait and lady was like "you on the line so wait ✋️"Service ain't friendly and slow and it didn't taste right. Either they get more staffs or find better employee or solutions.. HQ needs to do something....
