“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!“

“This place was incredible. I was hungry and freezing when we got there. I got a croque monsuier ( fancy grilled cheese n ham with extra butter) delicious. A caramel macchiatto and a fruit tart. My Goodness...the cream and the pastry on that tart...problematic to say the least. So, so delicious. Very friendly atmosphere, very clean and efficient. I will definitely return. “I have a deep love for baklava and my mom came across Yia Yia’s online. So we made the trek to Colmar today. We got the original and the lemon. My mom has never cared for baklava, but she loves all things lemon, so it sounded like a good way to sway her. She was swayed! She loved it . I shared my original with her and she loved that as well. It is definitely next level quality compared to others I’ve had, not overly sweet or syrupy and just packed with flavor. Absolutely delicious! The team is incredibly easy to work with, and we enjoy coming in for sweets and even breakfast some days. They have a very nice sitting area, it is a great restaurant/bakery to have in the area. “I offhand went to this bakery today and it was quaint and cute I decided to get a sugar cookie, a snicker doodle, and a carrot cake cupcake. The sugar cookie was decent but the snicker doodle was REALLY good. I actually wished I had gotten more. Later in the day I ate the carrot cake cupcake and my goodness this was a 10/10. The cake was delightful and the icing texture, amount, and sweetness was perfect. I would highly recommend.“
