Specific menu items include cream puff, mango mousse, pistachio eclair, and pavlovas with tart raspberry jam hidden inside the whipped topping. The service is always friendly, and the woman behind the counter explained each dessert with a lot of patience and care. The display is neat and clean, creating a wonderful atmosphere. A 40th birthday cake was creative, clean, and so professional, with edible blueprints, rulers, and rolled-up drawings. The pricing is absolutely fair. Everything tried was phenomenal and absolutely delicious. The bakery never disappoints.
