Today, I had an excellent experience at this location. My cashier, Deborah, provided exceptional customer service and is the true representation of a hardworking, compassionate employee. Very friendly, polite, and careful.
Visited this Cold Stone location when passing through town. Ice cream is the normal Cold Stone offerings - good quality as you would expect. But the thing that made our visit was the interaction with the manager, Chris. Chris was kind and engaging, even while prepping a bunch of online orders. As with every Cold Stone, your order takes some time to prepare - but it's well worth the wait when you have a nice chat. Thanks, Chris!
