“Walked in to a completely empty restaurant other than the employees but still had to stand around for 5 minutes before being helped, proceeded to wait another 12 minutes while the girl behind the counter absolutely butchered the burritos we ordered, the wrap was horribly done and you could t even eat it properly, to top it off after we paid she just turned around and walked away which meant I had to go behind the counter myself to get the food because she didn’t hand it to us, really awful service, chipotle better“

“@halal_mexican is a hidden gem in Philadelphia that has some of the best HALAL Mexican cuisine that I’ve ever tasted. I love that I was able to find a Mexican halal spot. Pictured: -Flautas -Shrimp Chimichanga -Mini Corn on the Cob -Chicken Tacos -Steak Burrito Bowl My favorite item from there has to be the flautas. It’s a deep fried rolled chicken tacos served with pico de gallo and sour cream. Highly recommend this restaurant to all those seeking a tasty mexican restaurant with good service and halal food! “We came upon this neighborhood gem by accident while in the area. Clean, friendly, bright and wonderful aromas of delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine. We tried the fish tacos and the huevos con chorizo both of which were divine. Highly recommend!“

“If I could give it 10 stars I would. We have been to Don Estebon's 3 times now to eat and twice for takeout. This is withput a doubt the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is absolutely delicious and is always served quickly and hot. The waitresses are so friendly and accommodating. If you have'nt had the chance to go here I highly reccomend you do.“

“Was craving Mexican food, and had wanted to try this place for a while. I called and made a reservation, got there and was seated quickly. Took a long time to order and receive the food, but what came put was fresh and hot.
The queso was pretty runny, and could have used a kick of jalapeños but the chips and salsa were good. The enchiladas suizas were the star, but the pork tamale was very little pork and a lot of masa. The quesadillas were also very good.
I would absolutely come back and try more dishes.“

“Being as that it's Cinco de Mayo my wife and I decided we wanted Mexican and decided on El Limon because we'd been before and it's great. When I got there to pick up it was understandably busy and despite some really rude patrons the staff was lovely to everyone. When I got the food home it was amazing, we had chicken quesadilla, empanadas, an enchilada with shrimp and one with steak; mole sauce on both and it had a lovely little sweetness. We'll be back again!“

The quesadillas were fantastic with high quality cheese and nice char on the grilled chicken. Nice sturdy utensils and dishes, no paper or metal plates here. Non-diet low-sugar drink options are water, which was fine.“
