10/10 literally very good i got the sweet chicken idk what it was called but it was the first "spicy" chicken on the menu it was VERYYY good the worker recommended it. it would've been even better with a side of white rice , i also got a strawberry yogurt drink it was very good 9/10 i just didn't like the bubbles that came at the bottom because personally i don't like them but other than that this was amazing i definitely recommend it. it takes 20 mins for the chicken to finish...read full review
Fried chicken here is best in Philly. Small place and not really for dine in. You don't come here for service or ambience. You come here for fresh out the fryer chicken. Been here 7 times. Each time, my fries and chicken had just come out the fryer. Impossible to beat.

We haven't tried Tsaocaa, but the chicken is crispy, juicy, and tender. We usually get wings and boneless chicken with sauce on the side. This Philly Chinatown location is better than other bbq Chicken locations we've tried in other states.So why only 3 stars? Because of the service. The staff is always rude, cold, and uninviting.
