It’s been a while since I’ve been back. This is one of our go to spots right after clubbing in downtown.Food is good and consistent. Can ask for too much when you’re in Chinatown for atmosphere and service.
They do not favor African American s. They will take your order and your money but you will wait hours for your meal. Patrons of other persuasions will come in after you ..will be seated and get their meal right away while you’re still waiting. The manager has zero compassion. It's really been awhile since I visited Jade Harbor in Chinatown. The restaurant itself still doesn't look clean to me, but they did keep their food quality. It didn't go downhill. The new young waiter was very helpful and friendly. If I ever need late night dinner spot in Chinatown, I would probably come back.
