“Fantastic bubble tea spot! Their creme Brulee brown sugar bubble tea is really good, and I definitely recommend it. The atmosphere is really pleasant, the folks are really polite, and their recommendations are solid. This is definitely the best Gong cha in city, highly recommended!

Parking: The city is on a grid and there's always parking about.“

“Gong Cha is the go to tea spots regardless of where I am at. I always get their earl grey milk tea with white pearls. At this establishment there is no seating and it's a quick service to grab and go. Our barista was super friendly and patient. Would recommend going again.“

“Got the mango creamy tarte that was seasonal and the dong ding tea with cream mousse. The mango creamy tarte did not have adjustable sugar. I don’t like very high sugar drinks, and I thought this was too sweet. I know others enjoy it though, so if you have a higher sugar tolerance it will be good.
The oolong tea was good. The cream was very tasty and not as salty compared to others.
The place was crowded, but the wait was manageable.“

“Their green bubble tea was really nice that uses authentic green tea that was brewed the same day. You can decide how much sugar and ice you want for your bubble tea. Just one thing, if you’re sensitive to caffeine, you might have trouble falling asleep at night. Mornings are fine, dinner or nighttime, would be best to get their fruit bubble tea.“

“Much, much belated review. My girlfriend end I was in Philly late 2021-early 2022 and we technically had our first date here for our first poke bowls. Lovely food and the server that day was very kind. I came back again when I was in the city this year and was not disappointed. If I had money to eat out all the time I'd definitely go here!“

Received drinks shortly after ordering.Food: I got a large Taro Bubble Milk Tea. This drink is different compared to most other bubble tea places as Mr.Wish uses real Taro and not the powder. Both the tea and taro were really good (not as sweet as Taro Milk Tea made with powder). The bubbles/boba had a good soft texture. Unfortunately, the bubbles were tasteless (no flavor, not sugary) and felt more like a chewing/jaw exercise.Overall: The drinks here taste good. I would just avoid getting the bubbles as they dont contribute anything to the drink and would only worsen the experience.“

“I love everything about this place. I started coming here looking for a quick place for lunch close to my job. They have the freshest shrimp rolls with the freshest seafood I’ve ever had? I’m completely addicted. I took my co-workers there for lunch and they all were completely happy with their order. I come here often, and my coworkers said they’re definitely returning also. This place is tops for quality, speed, freshness, presentation all at good prices.

Great selection of games. The only board game club I've seen that has a large Chinese game collection.“

“This is one of my new, favorite spots to grab lunch on the go when I am at work! Great portions and very fresh compared to a few of the other poke spots around the city.

I saw this poke spot while riding the 33 bus and circled back on my way home to try it! Super glad I did. There are several poke spots throughout the city but if you have an appointment or work nearby, gojo is a worthy lunch option.

The staff are SUPER sweet and attentive. I greatly appreciate the care they gave to ensure my order was correct. The store has limited but roomy seating inside but personally I think this is more of a grab-and-go lunch location.

The dine-in setup is very casual — there is table service but you order/pay at the counter & self-serve water. There is a lot of natural light inside, a good view of the sidewalk to people-watch, and the two folks running the restaurant while I was there (possibly the owners) were phenomenally gracious hosts. There is a cold case of to-go snacks and drinks. The rice balls are a must try!

Having tried the chicken galbi lunch box and the squid dolsot, I can enthusiastically recommend both, but the dolsot was truly the star of the show in my opinion. The combination of buttery squid, jammy egg, umami & spicy sauce, veggie mix, and that crispy caramelized rice at the bottom is just absolutely magical.

This is an absolute gem of a restaurant.“

“I haven't been there for a long time. The indoor environment is still good, but the music is very loud, so it is not a good place for chatting.“

“I stumbled upon this hidden gem a few weeks ago heading to a different restaurant but this one caught my attention, it’s BYOB as well the Pho and chicken and shrimp tempura is theeeee best, the Pho soup was so flavorful and the beef was cooked just right, the service was very good food came out nice and hot, it’s a nice chill atmosphere and they got some good music on the playlist, I have been here 2x since. Only place I go now when I want Pho.

The boba was also really good but it has lots of very small bubbles. However the big ones had great flavor. I recommend having the cream mousse, it really gives the boba a rich flavor.
