“My wife and I moved to town recently and stopped to try them as they were close to home. Not having much previous experience with Korean food, we were interested to see how we would fare. From the start we loved their food and have loved eating our way through the menu, trying new dishes each visit. In the past 1 1/2 months, we've visited them close to 2 dozen times and never had a bad meal, and have never been disappointed. Nay, ‘tis the pearls, those globules divine,
That roll ‘cross my tongue, a thrill serpentine!

Each tapioca orb, a sultry sphere,
Doth whisper secrets only I can hear.
In their glossy sheen, I glimpse the sublime,
A cosmos of chew, unbound by time.
They tumble, they tease, betwixt lips parted wide,
Like Venus herself in a syrupy tide!
I slurp with abandon, no scholar’s restraint,
For passion’s a fire no logic can paint.

O boba, ye muses of gelatinous grace,

“I just stopped by for a milk tea and the service was impeccable. The bobarista that made my drink made it immaculately. By far the best tasting black milk tea ive had in the area. If you arent going to Wish what are you even doing with your life!!!??? Tip more they need Robux!!!“

The spring rolls were super fresh, the pho was hot and flavorful, and the matcha was tasty as well. For those reviews that complain of how long it takes, read the menu. It specifically recommends you order "25 minutes in advance". As for the poor customer service, it is fine. They aren't overly nice with "my pleasure" every 5 seconds, but that's okay. They are knowledgeable and got my order correct. I don't need anything else. If you are someone who needs to be waited on hand and foot, go eat fine dining. The poor reviews here are unjustified. I look forward to trying something other than their chicken on my next visit.“

Definitely refreshing and fresh fruits as the ingredients. Get’s crowded due to the demographics but the staff are hard working.
I do think there should be staff walking around to traffic control, so less people are confused on the process.
The customer flow are not well introduced to the kiosks and gets the wrong impression that the staff are not helping when it’s self order kiosk.“
