“I’ve been two times and both visits I had an excellent experience. They have great food and tea, the service is wonderful. Their fruit tea is made with real muddled fruit juice. Very refreshing. I highly recommend it.

“Popcorn chicken is decent, it is made to order so it is hot and crispy when it was served. The meat are all dark meat and it was coated with right amount of batter. Also one of the popular drink, milk tea with taro ball and herbal jelly, it was loaded with puddings and herbal jelly. Herbal jelly is slightly firmer than the pudding with its unique flavor. The milk tea is decent which I can taste the tea and not too milky. The taro balls are great, decent amount of chewiness and pretty sweet.“

“We were on an East Coast trip and happened to pass by Princeton on our way to DC. Found Pasar Malam (meaning: "night market" in Malay) while visiting Princeton. Ordered prawn noodle, roti canai, satay (beef and chicken), shrimp ho fun (wat dan hor in Cantonese), and chendol. Great food all around. As a Malaysian who have lived in US for 30 years, I have to say this is one of the more authentic Malaysian restaurants I have tried in the US. I was especially impressed by the prawn noodle, satay, roti canai, and above all, the chendol. Keep up the good work and the great flavor!“

“Attentive and quick service. Came for boba and a snack and definitely would come again. Enjoyed the popcorn chicken, got it spicy and we were glad they don’t skimp out on the spice. Was very flavorful and the meat was delicious. Boyfriend thought they could have been a little bit crispier, but I really liked them either way. For the boba, I was glad that the milk tea didn’t upset my stomach as someone who is lactose intolerant. However, we both felt like the boba consumed a good portion of the drink, so while the boba is generous, which we can appreciate, next time we’d probably do a light amount. Can’t wait to try some of their other menu items next time :-)“

“Teamalaya is the only place I get bubble tea at! It’s so good , I get it all the time. Today they gave me some free ice cream and it was delicious . Totally recommend this place , get the passion fruit green tea with boba it’s my faveeeee!! Also the staff is very welcoming and nice!!“
