“I’ve got to say, the best FroYo place around. They have so many flavor options, and so many toppings. Their boba is pretty good. It’s your average boba. I have never tried one of their smoothies, or rolled ice cream. It’s such a popular place with the kids, and it’s also walking distance from the green! I highly recommend.“
“Me and my boyfriend stopped by to do the tea ceremony to learn more about tea & culture! The owner is so sweet & knowledgeable, the tea ceremony was definitely worth it and we learned a lot from her. The ceremony felt like fun but also as professional as taking a class on how to brew your own teas at home & their origins.Definitely reccomend stopping by for anyone who has an interest in trying new teas.“

“Tokyo Sushi is a solid sushi spot in the neighborhood! We ordered two party platters here for a family gathering and I was impressed with how fresh and well-prepared the rolls were. Placing our order over the phone was a breeze - the woman on the line guided us to select a number of rolls and sashimi and even gave us a few recommendations that ended up being solid picks. There was a wait of around forty minutes for our platters, but the resulting dishes were gorgeous, and most importantly, tasty. The folks here are as nice as can be and while we placed a to-go order, it seems like a postprandial froyo might be a great perk of dining in. As an added plus, there is a sweet $30 discount that is applied to all orders above $150, which is a fantastic deal if you're placing a large order.“

“I stopped by Taekwon coffee for the first time yesterday and it was pretty good! I ordered a hazelnut latte for myself and a black iced coffee for my manager. The lady who made my drinks (possibly the owner) was a sweetheart. Give it a try!“

“Amazing first time experience tonight! The bowl was packed full and she explained all the sauce options to me. The 2 protein spicy tuna make your own bowl was like 2 full meals. Will certainly be back!!! My new fav poke spot! Plenty of parking around back which is appreciated in summit as well.“

“I visited Ai-Sakae with a friend for dinner on a weeknight after confirming that the restaurant can do gluten-free rolls. They have gluten-free sauce available, which is always a plus! As for the rolls, I enjoyed all of my order minus the seaweed salad roll. I thought it could have been fresher or maybe it just doesn't work well as a roll. The service was excellent from start to finish, we felt attended to. The seating is a bit close, but it wasn't bad at all during our visit. I noticed that other diners had more complex orders than we did, but the plating looked beautiful. This is a perfect spot for a date night or dining with friends when you want to kick back.“

“I've heard a lot of great things about this place, so when I happened to be in the area, I made sure I finally checked it out and I'm so glad that I did. I went on a late Saturday afternoon, so the wait wasn't too long. I bet it was probably busier during the actual lunch time. My friends and I got the following: #16 - spicy ground pork over hand-pulled noodles #44 - scallion pancake Noodle #2 - beef with hand pulled noodle soup They were all very good, but we really liked the spicy ground pork dish. We actually wanted to try the wide noodles, so we actually ordered just some of them plain and mixed them with the leftover spicy pork sauce. It actually tasted better with the wide noodles. I usually always add hot oil to my food whenever I get a chance, but the spicy ground pork had a perfect kick to it, so didn't need the hot oil at all. However, the one dish I was surprised and really liked was the complimentary side dish of a cucumber salad, made with very simple seasonings according to our server. It was soooooo good and went so well with all the dishes and added freshness to the rich food we were eating. My friend even ordered some to take home, which was around $6/$7 (can't remember exact price). If you do go, don't skip the cucumbers. Not a fancy or big place, but the turn over is pretty quick because the service is fast, so food comes out very quick. If you're in the area and you want good food, this is a place you must stop by. I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes.“

“Absolutely one of the best restaurants we've tried in some time. first time having Taiwanese food. very simple with some amazing flavors. we ordered the Crab/Pork soup dumplings as soon as we sat down. simply the best I've had. the Cucumber salad with hot chili oil, fantastic !!! Popcorn Chicken was the first chicken of its kind that didn't need a sauce. the meat was crispy and moist and held its own without a sauce. Taiwanese sausage was served with sliced garlic. simple a delicious !!!! we also had the fried pork soup dumplings which were incredible !!!! Can't wait to go back and try their entrees. Restaurant was packed when we arrived for lunch and stayed that way. Service was impeccable. Next time I'll make sure to make a reservation !!!!“

“On our way home and picked up some desserts from this cozy cafe nearby. My eyes landed on these cute little personal size crepes! I love the fact that each of us got to pick our own flavor instead of agreeing on a single flavor big cake. My personal flavor was the chocolate sea salt caramel, and the matcha was good too. The staff was very friendly and invited me back for their seasonal flavors. Highly recommended!“

“This storefront location is home to many delicious flavors making it challenging to choose. The young staff works hard, is often perky but perhaps would profit from a bit more training. Staff scoops remains of one container onto the fresh one; the leftovers are unattractive and we try to avoid those flavors . Best coffee and chocolate around..glorious cherry vanilla.“

“Small tea shop that also serves decent fried chicken. There isn’t much room so it’s better to take it to go. The food is decent but the tea is much better. They have many flavors and options to choose from. Chicken was ok. I got the spicy one but there wasn’t much spice behind it. However it was very fresh and hot temperature wise. Having curly fries as an option was really cool and nostalgic. I’d come back for the tea for sure especially when it gets warmer in the spring and summer.“

“Great spot for bubble teas! They have iced, hot, popping boba, tapioca boba, and more. With a large selection of flavors and options you can always try something new. They also have a selection of hot foods. Their taiyaki and bubble waffles are great with red bean ice cream! They also sell Asian snacks, stuffed toys, and other merchandise. A new addition is a set of small claw machines, though I think they are too expensive at $1 per token/ try.Bubble in Paradise is a great place to get a drink and relax!“

“I love the Kung Fu Tea shops across NYC so was glad to see some more open outside the city! This location is in downtown Summit right near the train stain. Finding street parking or one of the limited lot spaces is a nightmare downtown, but inside the shop is very new and clean and laid out well. The menu was typical with multiple tea flavors and jellies to choose from, as well as the ability to customize the amount of ice and sugar in your drink. I came on a Saturday afternoon and my drink was ready in under 2 minutes which was very quick. The bubble tea (no milk) after tax came to a little over $5 which is significantly cheaper than NYC stores.“

“A lot of places don't live up to the hype. That is not the case with Surreal. From the second we walked in, we were greeted, and asked if it was our first visit. The employee that helped us was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered samples and suggestions. Our customer experience alone was worth the trip. The Thai milk tea was the best I have ever had. I was offered a sample of the taro ice cream (not something I would have ordered on my own) and WOW. It might have been the best ice cream I have had. Needless to say I ordered one. Check it out, my entire family enjoyed their orders too. Absolutely worth the trip.“
