I haven’t left a review for this spot until today., although I have been coming here for a very long time. I usually use the TOO GOOD TO GO app to order, which today told me I could only pick up between 5:45 and 6:00 PM. I arrived at 5:58 PM, and one of employee came out and wasn't too happy. She told me, 'We're closed, we cannot make it.' And listen I understand after a whole day shift you want to go home.

Never had a bad drink at this location but I have to give a low score due to inconsistent opening hours. I do not live close to this location to just run and grab a drink but I am close enough to plan out a trip. This includes during the week to take a break from my job.

Gong cha, located in Rockaway Mall, offers a decent experience. Although its quality has declined since its widespread expansion, the tapioca is still fresh and chewy. Service is relatively quick, even during busy periods. The staff, including considerate cashier Alivia, can make a difference. While the bubble tea is amazing, some staff members' attitudes could improve.
