I haven’t left a review for this spot until today., although I have been coming here for a very long time. She told me, 'We're closed, we cannot make it.' And listen I understand after a whole day shift you want to go home.

Never had a bad drink at this location but I have to give a low score due to inconsistent opening hours. I do not live close to this location to just run and grab a drink but I am close enough to plan out a trip. This includes during the week to take a break from my job.
Unfortunately on several occasions, despite the listed opening times on online, which I always double check before leaving, they have not been opened on time. A lot of time it's 15- 30 minutes later...

I stopped by Gong Cha at Rockaway Mall and had a great experience! The bubble tea was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made, you can really taste the quality of the tea and ingredients.
The staff was friendly, service was quick, and it’s a perfect spot to grab a drink while shopping at the mall. Definitely one of the better bubble tea places in Rockaway!
Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality bubble tea in Rockaway Mall!
