“It was my first time there, and the lady who identified herself as the owner (Kelly) was very pleasant and helpful. She took her time explaining the drinks and their ingredients to me. If you know the area, Highland Bubble Tea is on the opposite end of the bridge where Jersey Boys Pizza is located.
It can be tricky if you don't know the area. It's almost across from the new Performing Arts Center in Avenel! So, if you're looking at the PAC from Avenel St., in Avenel, Highland Bubble Tea is on your left side, across the street b4 going down the bridge. Lots of drinks and tasty snacks to enjoy. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the parking and the difficulty in finding it. Enjoy!!!“

“This is one amazing bubble tea place in Rahway and it is right in front of the train station. They have unique milk teas like the Hokkaido and Okinawa milk tea which give me the chance to try new flavors. They have a cozy sit out area.
This is a female led business and the owner Ginelle is very welcoming and kind.

They are also offering a free ice cream scoop this summer!!“

You can tell their boba is fresh and I like how they have a little card that you stamp for a reward. The staff is super friendly even when I’ve come in around closing time. “Great spot for Bobba tea. It was simply delicious. What I liked even more was that it was a 90-degree day, and the ice lasted in my drink, unlike other spots where it melts quickly. “Really liked the bubble tea and Co flavour options here. You have the option of selecting the percentage of sugar you want in your tea & whether or not you want ‘bubbles ‘ in it. The lady at the counter was pleasant and gave us all the va options. I liked that they have non-dairy milk as well and it tasted as good. The Thai tea is my favourite
We also tried the Taiwanese sausage and it was quite nice.

“I am not a fan of Bobba Tea, and in fact try to stay away from them as much as possible but accompanied a freind recently to Gong Cha, and I am happy that I decided on Gong Cha for giving Bobba Tea one more chance. I loved Tea flavor and the coconut jelly bits, still not a fan of the Tapioca pearls but it was definitely way better than other Bobba Teas that I have tried in the past.

The quality and completeness of my order was refreshing. I got the Bao Entree Deluxe (with no green peppers), the Pepper Steak for my green pepper loving friend, and the Bao Sampler platter (came with 2 dipping sauces). I also got 10% off the next order :). I also did not feel hungry 2 hours later which seems to always happen to me with chinese food and I don't get it often. I loved the choices of protein and salad mixes... however- although I ordered 3 proteins, the salmon, shrimp n Ahi tuna; I wasn’t crazy about the Ahi tuna. “For once, I splurged on some tiger sugar boba. I got #8 Brown Sugar Taro and was pleased with it. The taro is freshly made and has like a thick pudding texture. It’s not too sweet and it is difficult to drink through the straw. The boba was very sweet and made from brown sugar, so it really balanced the taro out. This was my first time getting this $7 drink and I was not disappointed. I specified for the creame mousse and oat milk to be added but I don’t think they did because it did not taste richer. It also was not reflected in the receipt.“

“I used to order Pho from here all of the time and now it is different. I came on google to see if there was a change and saw the comment below that it’s new owners so it makes sense. I noticed a difference in the quantity of noodles and lack of chop sticks with my order and that’s what made me check on google.
It’s about $5 more per Pho. They do give a large portion of meat which is nice.

I do wish this business well, the pho is still good, but the ordering system is a little different too for building your pho as well.“

“I am very happy I took a chance on sunmerry. I’ve had sunmerry in Taiwan, and the products were very good there.

I ordered a taro pudding cake, and sunmerry delivered. The cream was light and airy, and not heavy/oily(like the frosting on the cakes at Paris baguette). The taro was actual taro paste, and the pudding was not overwhelming. It was the first time I finished a slice of cake with the frosting altogether.
