I love them , they make my drink amazing every-time , usually the customer service is amazing there was only one time where they were not the most pleasant but I came later in the day so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but other than that it's always made perfectly and they're usually very nice I always get a brown sugar milk tea with Oreo crumbs and they do it perfectly
Loool the tea tastes good but make sure to mark that you want pearls cause we ordered a crème brûlée drink and dirty brown sugar one and assumed the pearls were included and we got none ?

Good, quick service. Easy to understand menu and ordering unlike other bubble tea places. They are more reasonably priced than other bubble tea places which can be upwards in $12-$15 per cup. My medium hot taro with black pearls came out to about $6.xx. My sis-in-law's medium passion green tea with coconut jelly was also around $6.xx.I recommend getting zero sugar with any taro drink or anything with pearls or jelly as they are already sweet as is unless you just love sugary drinks.
