I'm from California. We're big on bbq here. Maybe not as big as Texas, but still I'm usually never happy with most bbq places, I'm always skeptical because everyone advertises their bbq as being tender and juicy and then it ends up being dry As we walked in, the chef/owner literally stopped by and gave us an entire breakdown of the menu! The beef rib is not your typical beef rib, 50% fat, 40% bone, 10% edible unless you like huge chunks of fat i would not recommend. The chicken sandwich on the other hand was good. The tenders, although small, were flavorful and crispy while coated in masala.
