Once you visit, the owner's mother remembers you and how spicy you want your dish. Very clean, very accommodating, and extremely friendly. Authentic and delicious It's a family owned restaurant. The chef and the lady comes from Shanxi and Xingjiang, those places make one of the best noodles in China.?Hand-pulled noodles very fresh and good?Soup base is also fantastic, braised for huge amount of time.?️Love the spicy chili oil, the best I'm had in my life.
